My granddaughter is only 16 and they took £35 out of her account without her permission my daughter rang and they refused to refund saying that she has to spend it on their site. When they tell you how it works its very hard to understand these people should be stopped. Avoid

I have had 3 pairs of shoes from Just Fab. They are very cheaply made and the fit is poor. When I tried to get a refund, I had to ask 3 times for the order to be collected - they told me I would receive my refund as soon as I gave them a collection number which I did. That was 2 weeks ago - I am still waiting for my refund for items I asked to return a month ago. No point ringing then again - I will get nowhere and will be charged foir the call. I am about to contact Trading Standards. Similarly don't sign up for the monthly credits - you can't use it if they have a sale. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely worst online shop I have ever dealt with. Bought shoes for first time and didn't realise I have suddenly signed up to be a vip member until they already had all my details and access to my PayPal account. So I had the hassle of having to "skip" each month. Forgot this month and them had a whopping bill of £35 for NOTHING! So figured I will order more shoes. However with this online shop, unlike anyone else, you cannot apply your credit to ANY sale items. So I bought two pairs of shoes that would cost me only £18 on their sale for a massive £50! Just to use up the store credit. Then I receive them today and the one pair doesn't fit. I figure I will just ask for a full refund as I am pretty done with just fab for now. But no, I am told I cannot get a refund just more store credit! This is ridiculous! I am now writing off this money and the shoes! As they do not fit! But I cannot stand going onto their website again! Please avoid them! Terrible service! All about the money for them! Awful awful store! Would rate them in the negative if I could!

Today I am giving JustFab 2 out of 5 stars for their service. First and foremost, I am a post-doc researcher who is conducting research abroad for 8 months in another country. To my dismay, I have had the unfortunate luck of purchasing a pair of black Timea about a year ago. The rubber used to cover over a tiny area comprising the heel on this pair of wedged shoes has worn out within 2-3 light wears. I know this because I am stuck with a third exchange in another country. And whether or not I received the shoes for half off, 43 credit points does not amass to my welfare (after nearly slipping and breaking my neck at a function), nor the fact that my £17.50 was hard earned. Whatever the payment, I expect to receive the same quality as I would at £35! Honestly, my advice to prospective members who are considering to join this JustDrab shoe company, go spend you £35 on a pair of leather shoes that are far better made and produced by the UK. Furthermore, the website does not let its customer provide photographic evidence detailing the damages incurred. This American company is American and therefore, an opportunistic cheat! Steer clear!

Steer well clear of this company who offers you a pair of mediocre shoes for half price and you miraculously become a VIP member which entitles you to be ripped off every month to the tune of £35. It's all in the small print agreement that was never made clear to you. The only way you can close your account is by ringing a given no which, you will not be surprised to hear is impossible to get an answer from. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The only thing that has given me peace of mind is that my paypal accout will now be blocking any more payments to this company.

Am afraid my partner was scammed as with everyone else, took £35 a month from my account for over a year (I believed it was a bill), DO NOT USE, I have been unable to get refund from them, they don't follow complaints procedure, they refused to liaise with an ombudsman service, and neglected to pay me back eventhough we made 1 purchase and have never even logged on to the site. My only choice is small claims court which I am in the middle, for the sake of £455 they can have the bad publicity in court!

I did not realise I had been taken for two lots of £35 until I received my monthly statement.
I called their consumer services who told me I had signed up when I agreed to the offer of 75% off my first purchase. At no time did I realise it meant this company could raid my account each month to the tune of £35. This I would never have agreed to. This company would not refund any of my money but stated I could use the credit to buy items up to the value of £70. No amount of arguing could generate a refund. My only avenue was to contact my card provider who was able to refund £35 but I am still in credit by £35 unfortunately its a case of use it or loose it. I will never deal with this company again. Its taught me a simple lesson look up the company reputation in advance. Its left a sour taste.

I am unclear how a company can morally, ethical and legally allow a 10 year old girl to sign up to an account that takes £35 a month from them. There was no attempt to verify my daughters age when she signed up to the website, or selected the "VIP" membership when she made a purchase. Reading other reviews, she may not have even known she had selected the membership.

After a 20 minute wait on their customer service line I have cancelled her account. The customer service agent informed me that they are unable to verify age, as this was an online service. I am sure there are plenty of online services that do verify age!

My daughter has her first card to teach her how to manage money, I hope this is a valuable lesson to her when it comes to sale items that seem too good to be true. Always check the small print.

Absolutely disguised with this company. I bought a pair of boots as I was offered a 75% discount which I was really pleased with, wore the boots once then had to pay for them to be rehealed, second time I wore them the sole came away from the boot... to top it all off just fab took £35 from my account without any warning. I'm just hoping that I'll get a full refund! Please check the small print before buying anything from this company!

I managed to accidentally sign up for VIP membership (easy to do as it turns out) and then didn't realise that the money was automatically being taken from my account if I didn't skip the month - I hadn't opened emails from the company as I thought they were just spam - my own fault I know, but something that a lot of people do. Anyway, when I phoned to cancel my membership a robotic American lady informed me that the credits I had accrued were non-refundable. Although I assume the operation is legal, it seems to be a very dodgy way of conducting business. They also have a fitness clothes company now too operating in the same way and I can't believe that they are allowed to advertise on television. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP!

This company is very sly. Everything they do is online, except for when you want to chase a refund or cancel your membership, you have to call them and they'll have you waiting for up to 5 mins for that on the phone. However one minute if you want to order something, this has happened twice to me.
And when you call to cancel your account they want to question you why and then they have a answer for your response to get you to stay. My response is to rude to write on here.

And the quality of the items are not even amazing and there isn't one stylist who picks out items especially for you, our choices are deciphered then a style is picked for us based on our clicks.

STAY AWAY! So many other shops do better clothing and shoes etc. online and the high street and their customer service is simple and loyal.

Daylight sodding robbery. I had a credit as money had been taken from my account which I totally understood, ordered a pair of boots only for them to be cancelled, ordered another pair for the same thing to happen again. When i questioned what was happening and if they were going to refund me i was sent the following message on the instant messenger by a snotty little mare who then proceeded to end our chat
