Ordered 2 pairs of boots, checked the process every day and today it said order cancelled. I had no email to tell me about this and my money wasnt put back. If i didnt check the status of the process i wouldnt have even knew it had been cancelled. I spoke on live chat and they said it had been cancelled because they was out of stock yet i checked the website and they was in stock. Iv asked for a refund and now its a waiting game to see if they give it me. I deactivated my account immediately

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM

Absolutely horrendous company, its a major scam!

Having ordered a pair of boots I had to then contact them three days later as order status hadn't' changed from autorizing payment yet payment had been taken from my bank account.

I was then told order was cancelled as the items were out of stock. The rude staff member was abrupt and blatantly didn't care that he wasn't exactly professional. He said I would get a refund however, I then got a mail from them saying payment wasn't taken as items weren't shipped. When I sent them proof it was taken from my account I heard nothing so I opened a claim on Paypal. They are now sending me veiled threats that I won't get my refund until I cancel my paypal claim! Paypal have advised me not to so if anyone gets the same generic email from this business don't cancel claim as they simply won't refund you according to Paypal

NEVER EVER order from this website! JustFab are the worst online company I have ever seen. I called to cancel my VIP membership (which I hadn't realised I had accepted) and they didn't so they kept taking money out of my account. My orders have always been wrong - even had orders sent back to me wrong 3 times! Terrible costumer service!

I have just been told my order was cancelled on the same day that I processed my order. They still took the money and I've had to call first to ask where my order is. To which I got told that the order had been cancelled, then I asked where my money was and why I had no notification they had cancelled my order. I got told a refund would be processed today and the 2nd question was ignored.

Obviously this is a regular call at JustFab because the call taker knew exactly what to say. I have cancelled my membership with immediate effect.

Won't be going back, as lack of communication and also holding on to refunds until customer calls.

Appalling Company

Ordered a few pairs of boots and a couple of handbags to treat myself. None of the boots fit, much too small even though I had ordered a size bigger. Bags were not up to much either so returned the lot and phoned to requested a full refund. It has taken three weeks and lots of emails to get this money returned, using the excuse the returns have to go to Germany!. Full refunds will be given within 14 days is what is written in their terms and conditions - 21 days is breaching their own terms and conditions and yet when I rang to cancel my membership their was no apology, just a robot reading off a script trying to sell me special offers. BE VERY CAREFUL HANDING OVER YOUR CARD DETAILS TO A COMPANY WHO STRUGGLES TO RETURN WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS. Disgusting customer service - I will NEVER use this company again! This company offers poor quality goods, and above all shockingly bad customer service. Trading standards should be informed of this shoddy company.

If you read the terms, they clearly state the monthly "fee". However, it is not even a fee... if you read the terms you will see that you can skip the month and not be charged any fees. If you forget to skip the month, well that is on you, and YOUR stupidity... do you forget to pay your bill due the same time every month? Most like not. Well, all you have to do is remember to log in by the 5th and select skip the month. They even send you more than one email as a reminder. You can skip as many times as you want, but remain a VIP member so when you do want to get a pair, you pay the VIP price. I've been a member for years and skip more months than not. I've had to return one pair and did it within the allowed time and received my credit to use on another pair. No actual cash refund, but again, you are told this in the terms. If that is not got enough, than pay retail somewhere else. Don't spew negative comments just because you didn't read the terms (which is your own responsibility to do for anything),

I'm sorry, but many of the people who are complaining on this site are claiming that JustFab doesn't warn you that they take out a monthly fee... WRONG! I was going to sign up to it when there was a good offer advertised but when proceeding to checkout I saw that to get that deal I would be signing up for a monthly subscription with a fee regardless of whether I actually got any shoes that month. It wasn't until late on in the sign up process but it was clearly stated and it also says it at various other points on the website. I didn't sign up to this service so I cannot comment on customer services, product quality or other issues, but I would like to argue against all the people claiming "it doesn't tell you" - it does, so it is your own fault if you are stupid enough to sign up to something without reading it through. I'm not talking about it being hidden in the small print of the T&Cs as no one reads that! It says it during the sign up process so it is your own fault for falling for it.

No refund

After agreeing a refund for a faulty pair of shoes, with great difficulty I might add, I am yet to receive my refund. I sent the shoes back many weeks ago and received an email to say they had them back, but no refund has been issued. I can't be bothered to phone and waste my time anymore. I feel like I have been robbed!

At checkout I opted to create a VIP membership by ticking a box that saved me money on my purchase. By doing so, I was subscribed to service whereby the company takes £35 from my credit card each month that has to be spent on their website. There was no warning to say when the money would be taken, and there was no refund option for the credit.

Im sure there was some small print somewhere that advised me of the monthly fee but it wasn't apparent. And to Cancel your VIP account you have to call the company and wait on the line for 20 minutes to get through.

Im not impressed, there is nothing above board with this firm. Its a day light robbery.

Got charged £35 unauthorised. They don't even mention that you get charged that amount if you get into the VIP or even buy anything. Just reported it to Paypal and will hopefully get my money back. Make sure the CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR SKIP THE MONTH. Save yourself some hassle. The products are wonderful but they are just sly.

Look out... I didn't discover for 3 months that this company had been helping itself to my money in my bank, via paypal. £35.00 a month. The amount I'd spent on a pair of boots on line In the beginning. You don't see anywhere that you're signing up to a 'VIP' club.
When I discovered my' mistake' I was told I couldn't have my money returned but was to spend the £105.00...! Now, 5 months on I'm struggling to find anything suitable. I sent the boots back from my original purchase because they were very cheap and this sure did reflect in the quality. While writing I've had an idea... I'll purchase cheap boots x3 ( the amount of money I'm owed £105.) return them and perhaps that way I'll get my money back, that's the law isn't it?

Thanks Jessica for your brutal message. It happened only once that I got charge and I will not buy from them again. I am glad you like them. Good for you but my message was not destructive and offensive as yours and was only to help other customers that you might also call stupid like you did about me. I was not being negative towards JustFab but only wanted others not to experience the same as I did. Basically I was being helpful in this world. Maybe you should refrain sending fire when you don't know a situation. I guess it is easy to speak with such brutality and insult people as you did because you are hiding behind your keyboard or maybe you are just an employee paid to write those words? Otherwise why would you make a review of my review? I don't recall that the T&C appeared on screen straight as I signed up and place my order at the same time to benefit from this flash sales finishing in less than an hour. But if so, the problem is not that. To charge £35 is an unusual practice. I bought a pair of shoes as my first buy and wore them 3 TIMES and they are already peeling off. Nothing or many things on that website is worth £35. I still say it is a scam or how would you explain that I have not received any refund until now - not even the £4 I was told I was entitled because the £35 are theirs - and I was told that the trousers would not be returned to me unless I pay a second time. If this is appropriate commercial service for you then I am glad the majority of retailers in the same business do not have the same practice. Maybe you have another explanation for me?

Like most other online shoppers here I too had money deducted from my account without permission from JustFab UK. Please go straight to your bank, most banks will refund the money back to you and will take immediate action themselves to recover your money. Never assume JustFab have cancelled your account because they won't. I was told by JustFab that my PayPal account would be refunded. Got the email confirmation from PayPal and assumed all sorted... Sadly not! Once I got confirmation from PayPal that my money would be refunded JustFab paused the refund then deducted another £44 from my account the following week. Even if you have been refunded from this company please also confirm through your bank that the direct debits are cancelled. Good luck!

Like many others I hadn't fully appreciated that I had signed up to the VIP membership, I possibly should have been paying more attention to what I was doing but the shoes were pretty and I got excited. But here's where my experience differs, I found cancelling the membership quick, easy and painless. Yes, the girl on the other end was trying to offer me further discounts to try and get me to stay but I politely explained that I couldn't justify it, nor would I want to bother to remember every month to opt out of buying the shoes. It must have taken 5 minutes from the end of the phone call to receive an email confirming my no-longer VIP status.

The girl I talked to did seem to be reading from a script, but so do many places; she still was friendly, polite and did understand my reasons for leaving.

The only reason I'm giving them a 3 stars is because my shoes won't be here for another 3-5 days and I don't know what the quality to be like; but at £8 (and I'll only be wearing them once) I can't really complain.

I bought a pair of boots from justfab when they were on promotion so paid £17.50 for them. I can honestly say they weren't worth a penny more and I don't expect them to last. It wasn't clear that I was being joined up as a VIP member so I then have to remember to 'skip a month' so they don't help themselves to £35 out of my bank account each and every month. Their customer service lines are not open at weekends and as I work full time I emailed them to say I wanted to cancel my account and made it clear that they were not to continue charging my card. I had a reply to say they couldn't cancel my account and I'd have to call them. My main issue with is that they were able to gain access to my bank account without me having to call them so I fail to see why I have to call someone especially when their call centre is open at such inconvenient times. Needless to say they helped themselves to my account. I called their 'customer service' to say I wanted to cancel and that I wasn't happy with them charging my card when I'd explicitly told them not to. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone I can only call a total robot... she was obviously reading from a script and it didn'tmatter what I said as she was going to try to give me their sales speak no matter what. The call ended when I asked for a supervisor and she managed to hang up on me! I then had to call back and got another one who was exactly the same and spun the call out in excess of another 10 minutes before I finally lost my temper and told him in no uncertain terms that I wasn't interested and wanted the account cancelled. The so called 'customer service' is appalling I'd get more sense out of my dog! Just to add insult to injury 0844 numbers are chargeable so I'm now waiting to see how much this has cost me for the 2 separate calls. I had to order another pair of shoes with them as they wouldn't give me a refund and when they turned up they were the wrong ones! Don't bother with justfab. The quality is mediocre at best and they'll try to tie you in to what is effectively an underhand credit agreement. Lesson learnt...

First thing, I am impress with the quality of their clothing! I bough their white mesh bodycon dress and the cloth feels very soft cotton unlike other brands that you buy in actual store. I bought a flat sandals too and its a bit small for me although its size 7 US and Size 5 in UK which should be the right size but for some reason its a bit small. Comfy rating of the sandal ill give it 3/5.

Secondly, package delivery it took atleast 5 days that includes weekends (sat and sun) which is pretty fast for normal delivery. If I have bought my stuff by monday, It will probably arrive at my door by wed or thurs.

Third and Last! I ordered my stuff on justfab before reading all the reviews and honestly I panicked about the company taking my money without my permission or scam. I mean who would want to get scam right? But I read their faqs and terms and condition again jut to make my mind clear and there I understood how justfab actually works! It clearly states there that skipping a month on the 1st-5th of the month will prevent you from taking a membership payment which is surprisingly for me that people dont actually read the faqs and also when you receive your package they will also place a piece of paper inside and on top of your stuff saying how VIP member works and skipping a month procedure. So for me, how could people miss that out? It just shows how people can be so stupid sometimes and easy for them to blame the company because they lost £35. If people use their brains and take a minute to read how VIP membership works, they could save their self from unwanted charges!

I ordered four days ago paying for an express 2-3 day delivery turns out coming from Germany and due at some point next. Have emailed and phoned and no further forward. Total joke. Would not recommend. My parcel will be refused at the door. Will never order from this company again.

Bought a pair of shoes in March - didn't sign up for ANYTHING! Was told by a friend (luckily!) that this was a subscription - called to cancel 13th April assured by person on the phone that NO further money would be taken - woke today to find they've taken £35 out my account! Called AGAIN & assured the £35 would be refunded withing 5 days & no further money will be taken but not holding my breath! A absolute con & an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!
