To get your money back take them to the Small Claims Court. Google the procedures to ensure you follow the correct process of doing this. Issue them with a letter advising them of your intentions should they not refund you in full. Ensure you send the letter by post and give them a date to reply, 14 days is standard. The contract is VERY misleading. I didn't even realise I have became an vip member until I read the terms and conditions on my order confirmation which by then was to late to cancel. Luckily my friend and myself spotted the £35 a month before they could take any money out. But that's ridiclous it should be made more clear like in big bold writing that you are going to get charged £35 for crappy shoes each month. Ended up cancelling my order, and blocking them via my bank. As I have read numerous reviews of their account being cancelled and still being chargered. Ive been very lucky with this company but others not. Also had to pay to phone up to speak to someone while they spoke a load of crap on the phone to keep me on and charge me. I don't have time or money to waste on this company. Avoid! Far better companies out there!

They scam you into paying £35 a month for their poor quality products. The costomer service is horrendous. They lie, lie, lie about everything! I was told I couldn't cancel my VIP account because my order had not been dispatched yet. An hour later when I tried to cancel the order, they said I couldn't do so because my order had been dipatched to days ago? It's just endless lies and crap from them. After having read these reviews, you'd be an idiot to purchase from this scummy scam of a company. Any 5 star reviews are definitely not genuine!

JustFab provides an option for you not to checkout as a VIP member, You're NOT even routed directly to checkout page if you WONT select an option between REGULAR OPTION and VIP OPTION ( on the pop-up), and there are 3 pages of checkout before finally placing your order, and since you got so excited about their great deals ONLY FOR THOSE WHO SELECTED THE VIP MEMBERSHIP, you missed to read the most important details on all their 3 checkout pages and BLAME IT TO JUSTFAB, AGAIN YOU'RE PROVIDED AN OPTION NOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR PROMOTION AND CHECKOUT AS A REGULAR MEMBER, and you still think that they tricked you, and robbed you,! Im not patronizing this company but for Goodness sake! STOP MAKING YOUR OWN MISTAKE AND BLAIMING IT TO THE COMPANY!

Never order from this company! Scammed and the worst customer services known to man! Clearly this company do not value their reputation whatsoever.
The prices online fluctuated from special first time purchase price of £17.99 to escalated £35... I paid out £70 and cancelled my stupid membership
There is no UK just fab customer service division it's all out of the Philippines where they don't listen, understand or value any customer service practices. This is without a doubt the very worst online company I have ever purchased from.
To add further insult they offered me the least credits and not the full refunded figure despite me saying I wanted a full refund and I had no intention if ever ordering with them so offering me credits was a pointless effort... But they did not comprehend that.
I'm going to write in to watchdog and see if what they are doing is legal. I would never order from them again and I'm determined to get a full refund! And warn everyone I know to steer clear of just-not-so-fab... More like just-bloody-awful!

I got a lovely pair of boots only to realise two months later they had been robbing me of £35 per month for alleged membership to VIP status! They would not refund this and would not give me the managers second name or the telephone persons second name. They did cancel my so called membership.
Day light robbery. I will be contacting Watch Dog UK and Trading Standards to have them investigated.

Upon making a purchase from this Company you are given the option NOT to Subscribe. However, you will find that the following month your card is automatically debited a further £35 without any authorisation from you. REPORT THIS TO YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CARD. Hi I'm in the uk. My girlfriend bought two bags for £8.75 from justfab.co.uk and, to her knowledge, selected not to join the VIP Club. A month later they deducted £35 twice in one day from her bank account. She had to go to the bank to stop them taking further payments.

Their dismissive and uninterested call centre staff insisted she had joined the club twice, despite not having sent her a single email declaring this. They tried to hide behind terms and conditions.

Under my guidance, she wrote to their registered address demanding they repay the money, plus compensation for wasted time. They ignored this so she took them to the County Court, using the Money Claim Online government website.

Suddenly they were keen to pay up, being aware that a Judge would take a very dim view of their little "scheme". A Judge can overturn any contract they deem unfair, and I am sure this would have been the case.

They ended up paying £155, including a court cost of £25.

I joined and received a pair of terrible quality shoes. I sent them back and asked for my account to be cancelled, which I was assured it was. £70 later, I called to ask them why my money was still being taken, and they told me my account had never been cancelled! Told me I had to write in via post to ask for a refund, which I did, and they told me I had to phone! Have just got off the phone in tears after horrendous customer service in which I was refused a refund, and in which it was implied that I was an idiot. I am appalled. I am also a now starving student. Disgusting.

Great company. I love the shoes and bags I have gotten so far and it's so easy to log on the beginning of the month and skip of I don't want anything or can't decide. Great offers and sales too. Very simple if you read the website.
