This company's customer service reps are extremely rude and condascending. I just called them to ask a simple question (it's very difficult to find some of their products on their website - I called about their Soft Impressions cellular shades). I had my measurements and colors and was ready to spend some money as I planned to order several shades, but after my experience with Mike in customer service, I will not order from this company. I told Mike that I didn't see ther Soft Impressions shades listed anywhere on their site in the area from which a customer can place an order and he rudely stated all their shades are on the left side of the screen on their website. Not true. He told me to tell him my name so he could look me up in their system and I advised him I just wanted him to tell me how to navigate their website so I could place my order. He argued with me and raised his voice, at which point I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He then CONTINUED arguing with me. After the supervisor finally got on the phone, he gave me the answer in less than 30 seconds! After all that hassle, I don't even want to place my order now. There are other companies out there. JustBlinds.com doesn't deserve the business when they treat prospective customers this way!

I ordered two cellular blinds with top-down, bottom-up option and vertical blinds for a sliding glass door. After about 6 months, the larger cellular blind would not stay up at the top all the way when the blind was closed (all the way down at the bottom). The gap grew, and several complaints resulted in no response except that a new part arrived unannounced in the mail one day. We replaced the part that is supposed to lock the string, but it didn't help. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a design flaw related to the type of lock used (cheap and flimsy) and the type of string used (skinny and slippery). I would not recommend purchase of this type of shade from JustBlinds unless it is for a very small window. Only a 90-day warranty.

I have purchased blinds from this company twice. Once in July of 2010, and once in March of 2011. Both times, the experience I had with JustBlinds.com was stellar! I ordered several samples prior to ordering and was able to make an informed decision based on the exact shades of the blinds I was ordering through the samples. I was kind of wary of the measurements and their exactness. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the honeycombed cellular blinds I ordered fit exactly into my window space! I LOVE their black out blinds! Ordering was so easy, and website was simple to navigate. I received my blinds within the time frame stated, and installation was a snap. In fact, my 13 yr old son installed the blinds because he has infinitely more patience than I have! I would and will order from this company again, and won't hesitate to give them a thumbs up, I expect my blinds to last a good long time! This was my second order with your company and I must say I am most impressed...(takes a lot to do that!)
I have odd shaped windows so special orders makes me a little nervous. Both the Wooden Blinds and the shades fit perfectly... I was very impressed. The quality also. Everyone that walks into my house is told where to buy their window treatments.

Thank you for producing a high quality item and packaging it so it arrives without incident.

I love my blinds they are "just beautiful and very nice quality" they move with no problems.
I have been showing them off too to all my friends!
I was also impressed by the 10 free samples; and size of the samples you sent it made it simple to pick!
When my kitchen remodel is complete; I will be ordering more to complete that room.

My experience was great. It started with the free samples that arrived very quickly. They really helped me make my decision. I went back on line and placed the order and the process was very easy. My blinds arrived exactly when promised and the installation was a breeze. I viewed the online tutorial but really didn't need to, because the instructions that came with the order were enough. The price was reasonable, the quality is top notch and the blinds look wonderful. I would definitely refer a friend.

I had been looking for blinds in a wider width for a long time and it was a headache. I finally had checked your site and decided to call customer service to help. I was on the phone literally 4 minutes and he had placed my order for exactly what I wanted. They arrived within a week, we loved them so much I called and ordered a second pair for another room and when I can change out the rest of the house I will defiantly call you first. Chris I am pleased to let you know that there may have been a hiccup on color of a blind but now, officially, Just Blinds has provided blinds for every room in our home. I have received multiple compliments over the years on how nice the blinds look and almost always is followed with the statement "but we could never afford blinds". I have referred a number of people over the years knowing that they too will be treated with professionalism, respect and kindness should they decide to order from your company. The Customer Service that I have received from Just Blinds far exceeds the other companies that I have dealt with in our remodeling project. Much, much appreciated. We are so happy with our blinds! Excellent quality, east to install. We ordered the 2 & 1/2 wood blinds, but we've ordered the faux white blinds in the past. The customer service was excellent! We will always be "repeat" customers (we also ordered 8 years ago too, same wonderful experience). We recommend them to everyone!

Quite an undertaking what w/staining a whole house of replacement windows and putting up new blinds! Ordered a total of 23 premium, faux wood oak blinds from your company and WOW--totally impressed w/the quality, price, easiness of installation, etc. From the initial phone call to your lovely, charming, delightful receptionist who helped me place the order to the arrival of the blinds, the total experience was extremely pleasant and rewarding. My experience with JustBlinds was exemplary! From how easy it was to order my blinds on line, to how quickly I received them! The best part was each and every blind fit perfectly as I measured them! The quality is wonderful! The blinds are sturdy, and well built. They change the look of my whole house. The best part was the price. For what I paid, I honestly wasn't sure what I was going to get. The purchase we made was to replace the out-dated mini-blinds at the townhome that we are putting on the market. My realtor was astounded at the quality and price (under $400) to do the entire 3-bedroom unit consisting of 8 windows. The purchase process was made easy with the free samples that were sent to me before making the final decision. Free Shipping was also a HUGE bonus!

The installation instructions were not found readily since it was not packaged in each individual blind. We initially had a problem in identifying the blinds to each room that I had entered during the order process. I repeatedly informed my husband that they would be labeled since I had read a review that strongly recommended that you provide a room identifier when you order. It was not until the final 2 were being installed that my husband found the label on the underneath side of the head rail.

Although I had a valance that was an inch shorter than the blind, the replacement item was easy to request and is on its way.

If we get a quick sale on this townhome property it was likely due to the upgrade we made with the window blinds!

You will see me as a repeat customer in the future.

I ordered three cordless top-down bottom-up blinds for my living room and I was so impressed by the low price, customer service and quick delivery that I ordered two additional blinds for my bedrooms. On my first order, I received an email that the color I chose was out of stock so I chose an alternate color and my order was processed right away. Installation was easy and the blinds look beautiful in my living room. I am waiting to receive my second order for the bedrooms and I am confident that I will be just as pleased.

I love this site! I first called the customer service on a weekend to ask a few questions and they were very helpful and friendly. I ordered my blinds, got them much sooner than expected and they were everything represented at a much lower price and even custom sized. I did have one problem with my blinds and without any question they shipped out a new bar. I will be ordering for now on from this company, in the past I ordered from another on line comapny named "select blinds.com that claimed 100 percent customer satisfaction, money back. Which WAS NOT TRUE they were very unhelpful rude and would not honor thier product which was misrepresented when I got my honeycomb cordless blinds they were so thin you could see the strings! They are see through junk. They wanted me to pay out of my pocket to fix thier problem. Just Blinds company did not give me any hassle at all and fixed my issues. And then followed up with me to be sure I was happy. They are truely a customer service company that makes the customer happy. I would highly recommend this company.
