Got my blind a couple weeks early. I did get the extra warrentee in case there were measurement issues but came cut perfectly. There were a couple of parts that are plastic that I wish were metal such as the tensioner pully.
One of the wood rods that controls the angle of the blind was broken and laying in the bottom of the box when i opened the box. I need to find a replacement

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
