When I read the reviews there were so many 5s I gave this company a shot and ordered my blinds. Previously I had purchased from Smith & Noble and although the price is def better, the installation process with JustBlinds is a nightmare. Nice blinds, arrived a few days early and measurements were right on. The difficulty comes when trying to snap into place. Easy to get the front dip the of bracket into place, but to push up and back and catch the second clip is nearly impossible. One bracket just fell apart in my hand! I guess you get what you pay for. :(

I just worry about the blind picture that appeared: It looks like it is the wrong orientation. My order is 70" wide x 36" high and it shows a narrow tall blind instead of a wide x 3'short blind. I'd like to make sure that there is no mistake on my side. Thank you, Cecile

I have yet to receive my blinds. After two calls with justBlinds reps i felt reassured that my order would arrive by Nov 22. It was slated to be shipped by Nov 18th. I made my order on line. As soon as it was processed the shipping date changed to December 5th. Like 5-10 minutes after my third reassurance that it would ship by Nov 18th. I called customer service again. She basically said "Tough. Do you want to cancel. You probably should." I didn't because i don't want to go through all this elsewhere, but am very unimpressed with their system.

It was easy to place my order and your measuring video made it easy to feel comfortable that I would get the correct size. The blinds fit my window perfectly and work well. The production was quick and I received them quickly.
They are misleading and you have to purchase a "deluxe" warranty in order to get assistance with your purchase. If you don't buy it, you are out of luck. I never even saw the option to upgrade. Luckily, I only ordered one shade from them. I purchased the remaining shades for my house from Blinds.com and I am very happy with their customer service, quality, UP FRONT warranty, and speed of delivery. I recommend you AVOID JustBlinds and purchase your window treatments from Blinds.com.

Quick and easy ordering. The metal is pretty thin on the 1" blinds, but they are perfect for a rental because of the great prices.
Everything was fine until I received the 1" aluminum mini blind without a standard two slat valance. I did not recall there being an option to have the valance, so I just went back and entered a "mock" order for the same blind to 1) confirm that the blind photo does show a standard two slat valance, and 2) that there is no option to order with or without the valance. The blind is ugly without a valance, and being in a bathroom, I will not be putting up a cloth fabric valance. Not thrilled that it did not come with the valance, or that I have to contact JustBlinds to receive a valance.
Website is very easy to navigate and submit measurements for accurate ordering.

Overall great. Little issues that got fixed quickly. Packing is not all the same so you need to open each box carefully.
Top cover is a little different with the magnetic attachments. If you are not straight it will show. Overall great just ordered more. Lots of windows lol

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
