Easy to navigate web site. Reached to customer service for a few questions.

It was impossible to get my $20 off for subscribing to emails so that was annoying.

The website is easy to navigate. Prices are reasonable. Since it is a customized order I just hope I'm pleased with the shade. Previously I was able to go to Home Depot and have the shade cut to size but for some reason now the shades can only be cut down to 18 inches and I need a smaller size for the bathroom window which is located in the shower.
UPDATE: Took quite a while for the shade to be delivered. Just Blinds websites indicates that the shades are normally ready in three days. Well, it may be ready but it sure takes a long time to ship it and to get it delivered. The hardware to hang the shade was completely different from what I had before. I thought this would've been universal but they have completely different hardware and it's plastic. I had to hire someone to install the different hardware/plasticware. On top of that, the shade was slightly too big and needed to be cut. A bit disappointing. But, in the end, it's doing the job.

Needed a small blind Just blinds was the only place I could find one it was still expensive, but less then every other place. The blind is good quality and looks nice on my kitchen window.
