This was a very simple and easy process. It was a replacement order that occured due to shipping damage on the original order. The shade is well built. The size was perfect and looks great.

I found out just after my purchase that a shipper will call for oversized delivery? This shouldve been done before? No shipper called me, they just showed up? The end brackets werent in the box. Called customer service, they sent the wrong one again? Summer will be over soon?

I'm a repeat buyer. These shades have been the best! Easy to install, easy to use, fast shipping, looks great!

My experience with JustBlinds has been using them for years. I will say the service is always very good and the products are well made. But I HATE the chain, instead of the cords). It makes it look like you are in a restaurant instead of a home. The government should keep out of everything and their rules and let people have a choice.

User friendly- installation was simple - 6 blinds ordered and I did it by myself. The blinds move up and down easily - it's a great value for a quality product. I recommended these to a family member

I've used you before and have been pleased with the fit and the looks.
When doing an inside mount and screwing the holders to the window ceiling, I've found this very difficult. The two holes are not aligned and the screw driver is always at an angle and slipping.

If you don't know what you're doing and don't have someone to help you measure, the process is rather difficult.

The design specialists via phone and chat helped immensely! I was able to send pictures via email and talk with a specialist. As I ordered, I chatted with another. Both made it a great experience!

I needed to close the gap, I sent pictures & was told they'd get right back to me. After 2 days I never heard from them again. Never responded to my emails for status, just blew me off.

The blinds came and are beautiful. The hardware is absolute crap! The screws stripped while trying to install. Got those removed & used a better quality scew. The wing nuts are difficult to use & you may consider enclosing 1 or 2 extra. The installation process really requires 2 people. I installed on my own, however almost lost my mind!

After some research for places to order blinds, I found this merchant appears to offer the best price for the custom fit blind required for my window. I look forward to receiving the blind, and after it looks upon installation.

Good price, fit well, deliver on time. The only thing is that blind is too short there is much space on the botton of the window opening so too much light is coming in.

So easy! Measure and place order! The blinds arrived in a timely manner and I had 24 hours to make any change needed.
