I talked to a counselor who helped me through my darkest hour. She gave me some good advice that I will never forget, I had questions and she had answers. I am happy that I talked to her and followed her advice because she helped me turn everything around. I was having a relationship issue and by doing what she told me to do, my boyfriend and I are back together and are happier then ever.

My only problem is that it took so long to get an answer. My computer had been beeping and a voice telling me that my computer was hacked for about 8 hours. I called Microsoft and they sent my problem to JustAnswer at 10:20 p.m. 8/27 and I never got a response until 3:00 a.m. on 8/28. Iver night My problem had resolved itself and the computer was quiet and working; however, I didn't see the message from JustAnswer until the next morning around 11. I don't know why it should have taken that long. Other than that, it was worked out well.
My expert was wonderful. The only issue I had is that I was told I would have an answer within eight minutes of submitting my question, but didn't receive an answer until the next morning. I'm sure this was not her fault. Her advice was excellent. The only issue I had was not having an answer right away.
Just answer provided a unique and useful service that has come in handy many times. Highly recommend for legal advice.

I, ve been getting sweepstakes from lottery in midriff Spain, telling me won 5,000.000- and asking to transfer wire acc. To send the money is this a scam?
I had an old version of visio corrupt my 365 files... I had no idea what the cause was... restoring to an earlier version of my hard drive did not help or deleting all my vizio files did not work either. I searched the internet for a solution... Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
