The technician was very helpful. I explained that one of the side brushes on my Shark robot was sticking and that was giving an error message.

I checked in with JustAnswer and was given two technicians - Nahum and Ashu. Both Technicians were wonderfully very helpful and patient with me and my non-experience computer abilities. I would be most acceptable to giving them both a 10+. Thank you, Nahum and Ashu!

The vet gave me many different options to take. Obviously, first one was talk to a vet and get diagnostics. I really like the fact of giving me 12 options and explaining it each option.
