The 1st tech was not helpful but the second kept me going even though he couldn't figure my problem out the help was very much appreciated. I did figure it out due to his prior help.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
