Great recommendations by the expert.

I'm not mechanically inclined, and I really needed to talk to someone. There are very few small engine mechanics in my area (Anchorage, AK) and they are always over-booked. So, it was great to talk to an expert to guide me on the repair process.

Great help

Just answer was the only people I could reach for help with getting my TV and phone to work after the Verizon nationwide shutdown on 1/15. Craig helped the best he could and we just decided best to just unplug everything from phone, internet box and tv for the night. It was off for 8 hours. Turned everything back on this morning and how about that! Everything was fixed!

I was told that I needed to pay a $5 fee that was refundable. I agreed to that. They charged me the $5 and then immediately charged me another $65 that no one said anything about. My bank immediately sent me a fraud alert and of course I said no that I did not approve the $65 charge because I DID NOT! Now I have had to cancel my card and wait on another card at a very inconvenient time. So instead of answers you have given me grief.

Everyone including the Vet was amazing and prompt in responding to me about my little guy (Parker). The vet asked me to let me know what the outcome was after we follow his instructions. He was very caring and personable. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone!

Refrigerator disaster avoided

Had a power outage in my town. When power was restored an hour or two later, everything in house came back to life EXCEPT my Samsung refrigerator. After great effort, I pulled the large fridge out of the tight nook where it was wedged in. Tested the outlet. Power was working. I noticed a link to JUST ASK inside the door. I scanned the code and started chatting with the AI assistant. She recommended me chat with a real life technician…. They asked for a $5 fee or deposit? I was skeptical. But desperate. Sign up to join this advice service. He called me. After 5 minutes of obvious steps that I already tried he mentioned to unplug fridge for 7 minutes. I did and the refrigerator came back to life…. I was thrilled. Best $5 I've ever spent.

EXCELLENT ASSISTANCE!

I thought the process of getting to an expert in the field of my question was smooth and seamless. The ChatBot Assistant (Pearl) asked pertinent questions to ensure she staffed the expert to the point he/she would not have to duplicate screening questions with me; and I did not have to wait long before I was connected to Victor who was very thorough in his responses to my questions.

Front windows not going up or down

My 2014 Jeep Cherokee had front windows that would not power up and down. After talking to this mechanic, he was correct in saying that I might have a loose or broken wire. I looked in the cowling between the front driver's door and the frame, and sure enough there was a white warrior that was completely broken into.
Like he said my door under driver side has been opened for 12 years and 250,000 miles. I believe this will fix my issue.

A Knowledgeable Technician

Jared looked up the appliance brand, model number, and manufacture date and revealed that my refrigerator does not have an air filter at all. He suggested means of getting rid of the smell left by rotten meat, even after the frige was emptied and everything cleaned. He suggested what could be purchased locally to help. He was knowledgeable, experienced, kind, helpful, and a native English speaker.

Doctor Mike (vet)

Dr Mike is a wonderful, compassionate and knowledgable veterinarian. I was so worried after my 6 month old puppy ingested an anxiety pill which was dropped on the floor. Dr. Mike eased my worry and explained the drug's potential impact. I am very grateful to have found him.

The only problem I had was being mislead into thinking it was only $5. They charged me $70, but refunded the other $65 after I called them. Other than that, the entire process was easy and handled quickly.
