The mechanic was very polite and very helpful. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about what he was saying. Not all mechanics know what they are talking about even though they are a mechanic. Thank you for all your advice and answers. You were a pleasure to talk with and I would definitely use this service again.

Dr Cornello easted my mind

Doctor cornello, answer to my questions succinctly, and in detail, and in such a way that I could understand what I was going through. He seems very patient and thorough. After he helped me, it eased my mind and freed me from fear of my surgery rehab.

She was right!

My dog ate something he shouldn't have and she reassured me he would most likely be alright, and gave me a list of "red flags" to look for in case he wasn't. None of the red flags showed themselves and he was fine!

Concerns over blood pressure

Dr explained very clearly what the numbers mean, when I should seek immediate care.
Asked about other conditions like breathing and if having difficulty. This was for my husband who is an Alzheimer's patient and his BP numbers had spiked.

Very Reassured

My cat seemed to have a seizure, and I didn't know what to do. Dr Ivana reassured me for right now, told me what to look for and what to do next time, and encouraged me to see a veterinarian if it reoccurs. Dr Ivana was thorough and quick, and I would not hesitate to use her again.

Excellent service

The doctor was excellent and listening about my dogs issues and explaining what is probably going on. Letting me know I needed to get him to the vet immediately. I couldn't have asked for better help. Dr.Ivana was fantastic!

I came home to find my dog and entire 1 lb package of creatine gummies and had thrown up all over the house. I was concerned that one of the ingredients in the gummies could be toxic and wanted to know if I needed to rush her to an emergency vet. I was connected with Dr Tim Bolton. He was great. He checked the ingredient list and confirmed nothing was toxic, no emergency vet trip was necessary. He prescribed some antacid to help her tummy. I am SO relieved. Everything was quick and efficient. I am so grateful this service exists.

I asked the chat bot about a repair issue, and I was offered to be connected to an expert for $5. I entered the payment information and was taken to the expert chat. The rep was helpful. During the chat, the $5 charge was declined for possible fraud and I now have a pending charge for $38. I'll have to investigate to see what the $38 is for, so I'm concerned about the fine print that I didn't see while in the chat.
