I've been using Turbo Tax for probably 20 years and never had any problems doing it by myself until this year. In 2025 our city undertook a massive street and sewer project that generated a 1099-S and a1099-MISC that I couldn't find a way to enter into Turbo Tax Premier. As a last resort I tried submitting a question, not knowing there was the JustAnswer service. Wow! Kevin had answers for me and I can file now.
He was able to walk me through moving pictures from my phone to a USB drive so I can have pictures printed. Great service and very knowledgeable!

I spoke with Kevin and he had a very good way of explaining/helping me with my email problem. He sent me a "short story" letting me know my situation and how to handle it on my Mac Studio. The second expert did not have as good knowledge to help. He seemed unfamiliar with the Mac and how to approach the problem. He tried and tried, helped a little but not enough.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought Iâd ever see again. If youâve been scammed, donât give up â there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
