Dr Cornelio has been fantastic! Professional, measured, rational, data-based, asks very good questions, is excellent at exchanging views when discussing symptoms and my varied experiences with providers here.
I could not ask for better counsel and guidance. I'd like to have Dr Cornelio as my GI doctor.

Canon assistance

Told them my concerns- they asked thorough questions then connected me to a doctor via phone call. I was able to send pictures and she could see what my issues were as we discussed it. She sent me links of products I could buy that would help my problem!

Unexpected Help

I've been using Turbo Tax for probably 20 years and never had any problems doing it by myself until this year. In 2025 our city undertook a massive street and sewer project that generated a 1099-S and a1099-MISC that I couldn't find a way to enter into Turbo Tax Premier. As a last resort I tried submitting a question, not knowing there was the JustAnswer service. Wow! Kevin had answers for me and I can file now.

I just bought a new computer with an updated version of the operating system. I was having trouble working through some issues and was unable to solve the problem. Was directed to Just Answer and they fixed the problem. It took them a while to fix the issue, but when they were done everything worked perfectly. Thanks to Just Answer for their help. I spoke with Kevin and he had a very good way of explaining/helping me with my email problem. He sent me a "short story" letting me know my situation and how to handle it on my Mac Studio. The second expert did not have as good knowledge to help. He seemed unfamiliar with the Mac and how to approach the problem. He tried and tried, helped a little but not enough.
