Grateful for this service

I came home to find my dog and entire 1 lb package of creatine gummies and had thrown up all over the house. I was concerned that one of the ingredients in the gummies could be toxic and wanted to know if I needed to rush her to an emergency vet. I was connected with Dr Tim Bolton. He was great. He checked the ingredient list and confirmed nothing was toxic, no emergency vet trip was necessary. He prescribed some antacid to help her tummy. I am SO relieved. Everything was quick and efficient. I am so grateful this service exists.

I asked the chat bot about a repair issue, and I was offered to be connected to an expert for $5. I entered the payment information and was taken to the expert chat. The rep was helpful. During the chat, the $5 charge was declined for possible fraud and I now have a pending charge for $38. I'll have to investigate to see what the $38 is for, so I'm concerned about the fine print that I didn't see while in the chat.

Very patient and knew his stuff

When dealing with a product that was just taken out of the box and installed it is very hard to describe what you are supposed to do, but that it what Brandon did. I had installed a whole house humidifier about two weeks ago but there was no paperwork to tell me how to wire it up. I did not want to mess with the wiring during the big freeze and winter storm so I just left it for a later date. Yesterday was that date and I went on just answer app and asked how to do the wiring and Brandon got on and was very knowledgeable of my equipment and walked me through it without any trouble. I asked a thousand questions for fear of messing up furnace during this very cold wave we are still having but there was no problem and he was very patient with all the questions. Highly recommend him and your company.

Monogram ice maker turn off

Great help by the second contractor

Everything started off fine, until the contractor asked for a picture of the damaged area I was trying to fix, then nothing for over 15 min. I was connected to a second contractor and he was very helpful on solutions to fix the issue I was having.
