I'm very happy with the service he gave me and he was very knowledgeable and professional.
I had a good experience. I first dealt with the chat line advisor. She was very nice and did a great job at asking me the proper questions to understand my issue. She set me w/ an advisor. Who very thoroughly confirmed my issue and gave me 2/3 possible solutions. I haven't resolved the problem yet because I think that a visual of the pattern pieces would make it easier to explain. I am going to to cut out another piece and try again.
I was skeptical to try this service due to past experiences and the upfront ask for a credit card. ( Epson should provide this for free IMO.) My tech was very patient, the response times very fast and the issue was fixed.
My Roland Keyboard would only work with headphones. I didn't hold much hope that an online service could solve my issue but I took a shot. The cost was minimal and the technician was very knowledgable he accuratly acessed my problem and I was up and running in minutes. The service was excellent, the technician friendly and I would use this service again without hesitation if I required expert advice. An excellent experience!
I was walked thru the process step by step and thought I had it all down, but ran into another question to totally complete the process, think my daughter can help me with that.
I opted for a $5.00 answer to a question but was surprised to read that I was charged a much larger fee for becoming a member of "JustAnswer". I do NOT agree to become a member of anything and stated so on your web site. Your BillP310 sent me an email with several questions regarding my issue which I refuse to answer so as NOT to be billed even the $5.00.
If you attempt to charge me anything, I will fill the airwaves with what you are doing, and NOBODY likes to be SCAMMED.
My printer wouldn't print. The message was my computer wasn't connected to the internet which was causing my printer problems. The tech people were able to correct the problem and they also corrected some other problems I had been having with my computer. They were great!

Don't do it! I put in to have a tech call me at 5pm and the tech called at 2am over and over. Also thought I was paying $5 dollars for a one time call that was going to be refunded but got charged $46 dollars and joined into a membership.

I was very skeptical at first. The $5.00 charge was enough to put my guard up. I paid, less than a minute later I had Mathew on the line. He was patient and thorough. I told him what was going on with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Stayed on the phone as he walked me through the process. Very detailed directions I was able to follow and make the repair. Less than 10 min from the start of the phone call to being back in business. Great service, knowledgeable and professional.
This is a group who only speaks of the$5 fee. The additional fee is written in small print. Don't fall. I did and am going to pursue the scam

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
