I was very skeptical at first. The $5.00 charge was enough to put my guard up. I paid, less than a minute later I had Mathew on the line. He was patient and thorough. I told him what was going on with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Stayed on the phone as he walked me through the process. Very detailed directions I was able to follow and make the repair. Less than 10 min from the start of the phone call to being back in business. Great service, knowledgeable and professional.
This is a group who only speaks of the$5 fee. The additional fee is written in small print. Don't fall. I did and am going to pursue the scam

I used chat initially, but the first agent suggested I talk to a live agent by phone. I was put in a queue & after 25 mins, my chat disappeared. I started over with a new chat agent & had to repeat all my info. The 3rd agent, now 40 mins from my initial call, I received a call from KerlinP. In spite of having all my info, he did not seem able to help me make certain local TV stations as my favorites. He told me he had all my info, but was not able to easily navigate from my home screen to the next step. By luck, I found the local station by chance, but am still not able to find the"live" button or make my preferred local station a favorite. I'll ask a friend to help me. This was a poor, poor experience. I hope I was not charged ($5.99) for this!

Diagnosed the problem. Told me what else to check. Gave me info on fixing the problem and a possible cost range. Very pleased with him. Not very pleased with Samsung. Less than three years and the pump breaks on my washing machine.

I was told the charge would be $5.00. Keyed in my credit card information and was immediately asked by my bank if I had charged $65 at Just Answers. I responded NO, since the charge was supposed to be $5.00. I was then told by the website that they would refund the $65.00 and sorry for the confusion. However, my credit card company had already cancelled my card and had ordered another card, creating a big inconvenience for me. The tech was knowledgeable and helped me with my question.
My technician, Andre, was very knowledgeable and walked me through the appropriate steps to fix my problem. He explained everything clearly and was patient as I went through the steps.
Did not get any help really just 2 site names an can go in and have a look if I could find any fines myself. An have to pay R599 for that!

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
