I consider it a scam if a person is not informed the amount of money they are being charged for the service. I did not have the chance to decide if I wanted to pay the money for the service/question. A yes I agree or no I disagree. With the service.
I've been having trouble with keys on oven controls. I had ordered some parts that did not do the job. So, while researching troubleshooting the oven I encountered the site that I had used once before. Dan the technician was patient and helpful. I feel better about ordering the correct part of if I can find one.
The biggest scammer of the century they trick you in the beginning and tell you it's a five dollar one time fee and as soon as you put your credit card, they charge you $39 and then tell you it's nonrefundable and then you still don't even get your question answered

Jeff did all he could to solve this problem unfortunately this has been an ongoing problem with this coffee maker and mine was not to be fixed. Sad because I've had Keurig coffee makers for over 20 years and this is the first one to give me problems and not last for years. Jeff was awesome and I thank him for his time today.

When I received the email receipt, I called their Helpline number. The person I spoke to answered my questions, but he had some questions I could not answer, and requested permission to access my computer and" take a look." Thankfully, I had an appointment and did not have time. I called back a few days later but oddly, did not get a response. Silly trusting me, it was too late, but that's when I hovered over the sender's email address and found it was a personal email address! Brother HL-L2480DW quit working. Not uncommon. Uninstall the printer and tried to reinstall. The Brother EasySetup didn't work. The installer sent me to JustAnswer. For five bucks they will help me. I asked to speak to an agent. Eric F answered after a short wait.
I reached out around 4pm to try to get answers as to if i needed to urgently take my cat the to vet or not. They had me pay up front. I did not get any sort of answer until 2am the next morning, well after she was already at the vet. In the meantime, i had called two other vets who did answer my questions for free. This was a waste of money. I would like a refund. It took is not good for immediate assistance, as it said it would be.

My laptop would not let me enter my. Window 11 update, I believe, caused this to happen. I was frantically searching for a way to fix this issue. As I did a search in in several forums, I saw Just Answer. I remembered them from various times I needed to see how problems in a technical area had supported me in the past. I had no idea they had a real-time support service. After a chat with a support team member, I paid a small fee and my problem was resolved. A life saver when you count on your devices to get your work done timely without leaving the house! Love this service! I will definitely share this service with my family, friends and colleagues!

I stopped the "chat" session immediately when I realized that this was a scam. I immediately checked my cc account and not only did this guy take a $5 deposit, but also charged me $40 for what! I shut down the conversation aftyer you stole my $5! Thank God I stopped immediately.
I immediately reported this fraudster to my bank. They told me that I need to wait until the charges are no longer pending to dispute them.
If this "lawyer" is at all decent, he should reverse these charges ASAP! But this sheister probably will make me dispute these charges hoping I'll go away while he steals $45!

My question was answered completely. Every time I asked a question. The response was quick, and I was always asked if I needed anything else
I had the worst experience ever, Dustin was one of the guys who was supposed tu assist me to unsubscribe from my Edreams proime subscriptions, and he asked me to pay 5$, but from my abank account they ripped me off 40$, so I see it as a theft, i gor ripped off by this guy.

The initial texting was ok. I was told my question needed to be answered by phone and that I would receive a callback shortly. Never got a call after 2.5 -3 hours. I responded by text cancel, waste of time. Also I was told it would be $5.00 totally refundable. I was charged $33.00 and better get a refund!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
