Dr. Helen provided all the information I needed when I was concerned about my small dog ingesting my big dog's medication late in the day when the local vet was closed. She was kind and very knowledgeable. I was very glad to talk with her and it gave me peace of mind to know what to watch for and what to do if my dog became symptomatic. It all turned out well, thank heavens!
Water leaking out of bottom of water heater around the black plug. After talking to Ron, he said without a doubt we needed a new water heater. And best of all, after looking up our serial number, told me it was still under warranty. Great!

There was quite a wait to find someone but the chat it stayed with me. And the chat window always stayed open, even when I went to other windows. It was 10:30pm at night in Australia so not a good time for the US where I think this company is based.
But then the vet was very helpful. I missed their initial response with a few questions so they wrote a response to my initial questions, but then I came online and answered her first questions and she stayed with me and chatted and gave a bit more info. She was lovely and very helpful. I even asked a very different question quite a bit later about an anti-anxiety medication that I had given my cat and she came back and answered that too! Overall very happy! Excellent to be able to access professionals like this!

While your site indicates a cost range of five dollars. 65 dollar, I was not expecting to get an $80 charge on my credit card. It's not that I object to the $80, but I would appreciate if your system could give a more advanced expectation of what the charge was going to ultimately be.
Just answer is really great. They addressed my question really good and I understand it completely, if not, you can easily correspond with them again and find out any other answers to any other questions you may have and they will continue to help you, in this case, me. I would really recommend them when you are in a position not to be able to get to a veterinarian immediately or because of any other problems.
The veterinarian was very speedy in getting back to me with reference to the issues involved. Of course, I will not know if they work right now until I try them, but it sounds very informative and answered my issue or should I say issues. Thank you for your support.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
