I use Outlook for gmail email control. Two days ago, Outlook began sending me requests to allow it to login to my gmail account. Every time I entered what I knew was the the correct password the login request failed. After researching the problem, I must have tried twenty different approaches to fix the problem but without success.
I came across JustAnswer as a possible solution provider. I researched them and found out they have an A+ rating via the BBB so I gave them a try. Rickie, the technical consultant, did a fantastic job fixing the problem in under 15 minutes. Moreover, they charged me exactly what they said they would charge me and nothing more. All companies should operate with this level honesty and technical competence.
I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them to others with similar technical problems

I asked the police to get the surveillance video and they did. Thats what the guy said to do.It did not tell me how to get the video for court and thats what i needed.
I accepted a trial offer of $5 for seven days, and used the service that day only. The following month, they charged my bank account $50 for an ongoing membership that I had never agreed to and was not using. They claimed to have sent me an email during the trial period warning me that I would automatically be enrolled in an ongoing membership unless I contacted them within the seven days to cancel it. I received no such email. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) If this were just an honest misunderstanding, I believe the company would have refunded the $50, especially since I hadn't used the service. Their website states: "If you aren't 100% satisfied for any reason, we'll gladly process a full refundno questions asked." That is a big fat lie.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
