Great job by JustAnswer

I use Outlook for gmail email control. Two days ago, Outlook began sending me requests to allow it to login to my gmail account. Every time I entered what I knew was the the correct password the login request failed. After researching the problem, I must have tried twenty different approaches to fix the problem but without success.

I came across JustAnswer as a possible solution provider. I researched them and found out they have an A+ rating via the BBB so I gave them a try. Rickie, the technical consultant, did a fantastic job fixing the problem in under 15 minutes. Moreover, they charged me exactly what they said they would charge me and nothing more. All companies should operate with this level honesty and technical competence.

I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them to others with similar technical problems

Wasnt sure what to expect from Jiffypop legal counsel, I couldn't get ahold of my program attorney and I needed to make an immediate decision that was convoluted enough to have me convinced that I was either right over the target, or about to get ripped off by a customer and just have to write it off, or go to jail. It was a heated situation, and I needed answers NOW! That's exactly what I got, at 8 o'clock at night! Highly recommended. For $5 I got advice that could potentially save me thousands down the road just by adding two little bullet points to my contract accompanied by some select legalise and I will be completely covered.

I never do stuff so rash to require in person representation so honestly, I'm thinking about firing my current attorney and just sticking with JA for making the hard and fast business decisions.

I had messaged them about needing help for my son that needed a lawyer to help him get custody of his 8 month child and they responded immediately with several lawyers In my area. I called about my Samsung fridge and I talked to Tyler who was amazing he explained in full detail how to fix a simple problem but a complicated way at getting to the problem. He was very understanding and as I requested he please forward the steps to me via email as I am a senior and I would need my son to come and fix the fridge. He did that. Thank you Tyler you were a great help and very understanding.

Beware: deceptive practices

I accepted a trial offer of $5 for seven days, and used the service that day only. The following month, they charged my bank account $50 for an ongoing membership that I had never agreed to and was not using. They claimed to have sent me an email during the trial period warning me that I would automatically be enrolled in an ongoing membership unless I contacted them within the seven days to cancel it. I received no such email. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) If this were just an honest misunderstanding, I believe the company would have refunded the $50, especially since I hadn't used the service. Their website states: "If you aren't 100% satisfied for any reason, we'll gladly process a full refundno questions asked." That is a big fat lie.

ML320 No Crank No Start

Extremely helpful

My 2 chorkies lapped up some pesticides and started jerking and puking. I was freaking out but the vet was able to give me the knowledge to help them and ultimately keep my little best friends safe. Could not be more thankful for this service.
