I had a problem with my propane stove and called just answer. I was under the assumption I was getting a repair man for 5 dollars and it was a one time fee. I was wrong. I acually signed up for a club for 28 dollars a month. I caught it in the 2nd month and called them immediately. I told them what happened and they could see I only used the service one time for 5 minutes. They didn't care I made a mistake and decided to keep my 56 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. That's not good business taking money from people who didn't understand what we were signing up for. Yes it was my stupidity but shame on them for not acknowledging a mistake and refunding the money. They must need it more than I do. I wonder how many people go longer than 2 months and realize the mistake they made. U own it but want to let others to be very careful and really, don't use them. Call your repair man.
I posted about an issue with my car, it is common issue given i provided all the information required for most mechanics to figure it out. 4 hours later not even contact, but then i realized since they had asked for all info as I posted more information they kept charging my card. When i asked to cancel or tried, i had to resurt to cursing to get them to Cancel. This is a ripoff!
Last part was the best, i was asked to speak to a Sales Rep to help me... with what? With not cancelling? Then i read thay you are charged $50 if you speak to someone on the phone to answer YOUR question. However, they are the ones who decide if you Problem is solved. This is a total Scam. Stay away! It is all hype. The answers provided are for folks who have no common sense or logic to research a little. I went to them because they state having EXPERTS on staff... just go burn your money instead if you want to use the website.

The Dr was professional and gave me the best advice for my situation, which was to go the ER for treatment. It turns out I did not have yeast infection but a urine infection.

Our 1 year old Golden, Gracie chewed up a bottle of Systane eye drops. We called after hours emergency and they told us to call the pet poison control and it would cost $60.00 just to tell us we might need to go to the emergency room. We Googled and got the answer, but used this service to make sure. The answer was not immediate, but within 30 min. They confirmed what we learned. Gracie had no issues over night. We were pleased. I went right in and cancel the membership, so that I would not forget.

Justin called to my cell phone and directed me step by step. I discovere loose screw, tighten it and this corrected error. No parts, no repairman, ( pardon "person"). Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
