I was concerned about some test results from a stress test I was given and was wanting a professional 2nd opinion about what these results indicated. I had two cardiologists answer my request and both concurred that an angiogram would be required to determine what was going on. My own cardiologist recommended this, as well. So, I feel the advice I was given was legitimate and helpful.

Dealing with WiFi issues is always tricky, especially when it's not your own equipment. After wasting an hour trying to figure out a password, the specialist provided us with three options of which one was the only possible course. Problem solved.

My Microsoft Office simply disappeared on me overnight - no warning, no reason, just gone. I couldn't open any Word or Excel documents for 3 days. Then, on the 4th day, it was back - no warning, no reason, just back. So I'm a happy camper for 2 days, then - you guessed it - gone again. I Googled "How to Recover Microsoft Word" and wound up on JustAnswer.com. After immediate response, a couple of clicks, a techie was on my pooter remotely fixing the problem. It took around 30 minutes and all was well once again. I couldn't be happier! I was nervous about a stranger having access to my whole world, but when you think about it, that's just a fact of life anymore anytime you turn your pooter on. What used to requre days for repair (pack up hardware, drive to pooter police, leave for days, drive to pick up, etc. etc.) now requires 30 minutes of sitting back, drinking a cup of coffee, and let the techs do their thing.

I cancelled my membership during the free trail. They charged my card three times after that before I was able to block their charges. They state they have no history of my cancellation request. Unethical across the board. Buyer beware!

Cell phone

You too can pay $50 to be told to go to your cell phone provider. Thought I was getting a $5 help, found it was $50 but didn't get the help. Cancelled my credit card just in case.

My dog was sick he was shaking like he had palsy and throwing up! I didn't know what to do! I tried to call my vet who didn't have an appointment for me to come in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon and we were at 8 AM

I found this very helpful and very reassuring and after implementing what the online vet told me to do my dog was better within hours!

I did go to my vet later that day and they assured me that the advice given was great!

I think this app is fantastic

This was my first time seeking advice from a lawyer regarding unfaithfulness, mistreated as an employee. The advice given surprised me as an employee's rights. I am going through the advice given and I am completely satisfied at this stage. For a small fee it is worth your stress and worries and they even have a call me for a small fee which is by far worth your time. You need a lawyer? Come to just answer. I am a satisfied client.
