Took our hardtop convertible for oil change. Was told needed battery as well as battery failed test. I think doing this screwed up the convertible top programming. I would like to say last night i kept getting harrassed by cbv collections, i was so pissed trying to make a payment plan and they wouldnt let me the letter i recieved said i can make one but from what i experienced i realized they wanted me to pay now i told them im pregnant im not working i have little income so i made payment every two weeks the man shouted on the phone yelling saying its not enough and of course i cursed him out. My printer went offline. I do not know how it happened but I could not get it to print. I went to Just answer and the technician gave me instructions as to how to get it back online.

It took around 30 minutes and all was well once again. I couldn't be happier! I was nervous about a stranger having access to my whole world, but when you think about it, that's just a fact of life anymore anytime you turn your pooter on. What used to requre days for repair (pack up hardware, drive to pooter police, leave for days, drive to pick up, etc. etc.) now requires 30 minutes of sitting back, drinking a cup of coffee, and let the techs do their thing.
I cancelled my membership during the free trail. They charged my card three times after that before I was able to block their charges. They state they have no history of my cancellation request. Unethical across the board. Buyer beware!
You too can pay $50 to be told to go to your cell phone provider. Thought I was getting a $5 help, found it was $50 but didn't get the help. Cancelled my credit card just in case.

My dog was sick he was shaking like he had palsy and throwing up! I didn't know what to do! I tried to call my vet who didn't have an appointment for me to come in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon and we were at 8 AM

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
