I joined this website on their $5 trail basis. They charged me the full $46 membership fee a few days later with zero notice, and I canceled the account within SECONDS. They absolutely refuse to refund my money. SCAM ARTISTS. Do not use JustAnswer.com! They will steal your money!

Tried many local financial advisors but they all wanted to set up a retirement financial plan and all I wanted is help getting a grasp at something I didn't know. I got the answer here in plain english. I liked the fact that to get it answered, we had to have a back and forth conversation and by the time it was over, I had the answer.

Going to the doctor is not like it used to be. You need to see specialists and get conflicting or sometimes no information. I use JustAnswer when I need to know what another doctor (usually a specialist) thinks and would advice. Sometimes JustAnswer puts my mind at rest about a course of action one of my doctors wants to take that I'm not sure about. JustAnswer is a necessary resource for me in today's health care maze. For $50, I get peace of mind and sound medical advice.

When we returned from vacation, our Samsung 60" TV was on, the screen was blank. Devastated that we might have to buy a new TV right after Christmas, we began researching our issue online and came across JustAnswer. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and not costly at all! Found out that we might only have to replace the T-Con board in the TV which will save us a bundle! You guys ROCK!

Wow! Within a time frame of approx 10mins, I had corresponded with a representative, who was extremely helpful, she then automatically transferred me to a Laywer, John, who had me the Answers to the questions I asked. If I was in the position to, I would use Just Answers for all my affairs. Would definitely recommend this business.

Answered my questions very quickly, re: probate and we knew just what we needed to do.
Now after reading the statements that other people wrote, I really hope I am not charged more then $5.00 on my Visa card, because that was the amount ($5.00) that was on the opening statement.

I was recently returning from interstate after a holiday in my Motorhome to Cairns, and after many, many days of travelling in extreme heat, my fridge started to do strange things (lights flashing continually and not saying cold) and as it was over the weekend and no large town nearby, I resorted to the Dometic site on the Internet for a solution.
It was late at night when I made the first approach, and after several 'conversations with a 'robot' who got it all wrong, I was informed I would be 'put through' to a technician. Nothing was forthcoming by midnight, so I went to bed. Next morning, without checking my emails I headed straight home, and due to a Computer Internet 'glitch', it was several days before I could check my emails.
Randall had responded several times with advice and suggestions, but by the time I received the information the problem had resolved itself, and the fridge appeared to be working OK.
I responded to Randall's emails, and thanked him for his attention to my problem, and he responded that should I have further trouble, to contact the Answer site and it would be dealt with under this initial charge.
I also appreciated his friendly remark in the final email, that gave the whole issue a personal touch. Thankyou Randall for great service, Molly
