Tyler Z called & provided his speculation based upon sympthoms provided by me. He speculated problem could be a sticking mother board, bad bake element or bad sensor. I did go through my records & realized I had a sensor installed on 12/1/2016 which cost me about $250. He also advised me that GE Profile Wall Ovens are designed to last 12 years although they can last up to 20 years. Based upon the fact that I bought this oven in 2007 & the fact that it has a couple holes in its floor my wife decided to buy us a new oven with a 5 year extended warranty to preclude current oven nickeling & diming us. I got my legal question answered very quickly, and the lawyer I was chatting with was willing to dialogue with me till I totally understood the answer. Great service! It was also nice that I didn't have to leave my home to go to a lawyer appointment, because I live very far out, away from town.
I am not very good at writing a review but they answered my question and i was able to do what he told me to do.
When I asked a question they gave a few suggestions and for more I need to pay more money. Feel this is a rip of. I asked to cancel subscription. It had been a few hours over cancellation so they would not refund.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
