My personal experience has been regarding a very specialist International Tax issue that is very nuanced & specific & the Tax specialist that has been responding over the past 48 hours has been superb. I have done at least 15 follow-up questions, including calculations, tax rates, exemptions, section of the IRS act etc etc & the specialist has been excellent.

Half hour before we were going to have our dog put down we got a second opinion from an online vet doctor he convinced us to stop the euthanasia and get an ultrasoundbecause there could have been many things wrong with our dog that would be fixable. We took his advice got the ultrasound the story doesn't end well because our baby had a large mass that was spreading but we walk away with a spot of joy in our heart knowing we did everything we could to understand her situation and to make a loving smart decision

Having placed a significant deposit on a service in Tenerife realised that it was an error. With no legal knowledge of Spanish law obtained advice and had a conversation with a Spanish lawyer which was most reassuring and lifted my worry. A calling off period for services and products applies so don't hang about! Scammers operate everywhere!
Was very worried for my dog who hadn't done #2 in 5 days. Prior to that she had diarrhea and soft stools with blood. I had taken her to the vet, followed the instructions of keeping her on a bland diet and give her medication. That same day was when she had stopped doing #2. She would eat, and be her playful self; No signs of pain and far from lethargic. I was told it was normal for her not to poop for several days, but by the 5th day I was very concerned. When I called the vet, the doctor wasn't in to follow up with answers right away. Luckily I found Dr. Sha! She asked the right questions and in turn answered all of mine. She assured me it wasn't extremely out of the norm for a dog to not poop for 3-5 days, to try adding pumpkin to her food, and stated if there was no improvement that radiographs and enema may be needed. Luckily, my dog Finally did #2 the next morning after adding pumpkin to her food!

I tried canceling the service a few days after I subscribed so I would not be charged for the $50 but a few days later I see that just answer charged me for $50! I looked through my emails & I never received a cancellation confirmation. So the service (Just Answer) ignored me canceling the service & still charged me $50 So I went again to the Just Answer website I completed the cancellation AGAIN! Then I received a cancellation email confirmation. Then I called the customer service number and they said that it was too LATE! Because on there record it shows that I canceled right after the 7 day free! So Just answer purposely ignored my first cancellation so it would be too late! And that's there trick to charge the $50

On 1/24/20 I was online, googling some technical support for installation of software. I had purchased software from 2 different that did not provide a live technician to help with this installation. I was very upset because I had already paid for this software to protect and update my laptop.
I finally found "Just Answer" to help me. To my surprise this company took my information and I was assigned a technician. The technician was very patient with me because basically, I have no technical skills.
The installations did not take ½ hour. I can tell you "Just Answer" is now in my contacts and in my cell phone for future use.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
