Okay first I was a little apprehensive using this method of Help but I must say it was quick and very easy as well as effective Thanks to my On Helper.
I was blessed, frankly. I had no money, my cat was sick and I needed help. I contacted Just Answer, and was put in touch with a Veternarian immediately. Doc Paul asked a few questions, and knew that I couldn't take my cat in for another week.He also promised to stay online until i had all the details that I needed to help my cat. Horrible customer service! They are not willing to work with their customers. They know their site is crap and it's all about sucking you in and locking you in with their monthly membership fees. Once you discover their site is crap, they will not work with you. Be prepared to lose your money and not get anything more than what you could have found with a google search. You have been warned.

This week I got Fios 1 with voice remote. It is an upgrade to allow me to access Fios 4k channels. After trying many times to change settings from 1080p to 2160p, I called Fios tech support. Again after many attempts to change settings they told me they would have to do further research and recommended I call Vizio support. I was connected to a technician who asked some basic questions including the TV model # and age of the TV. He then told me I had plugged the HDMI into HDMI1 1 & to move it to HDMI5 for 4k. I did that and then ran the settings setup and it went right through. I was able to access Fios 4k channels. I'm sorry I don't recall his name but would like to compliment on a job well done. I am looking forward to watching the Super Bowl.

I had a problem with the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator I was hooked up with an expert who knew how to fix the problem. Although, it cost an additional $24.00 for an actual phone call, it was well worth it. If I had to pay for a technician to come to my home it would of been triple, triple the cost, Job well done
They are very kind and they do their best to give best answer to me. Even at night they sent me answer that I asked them about.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
