Epson printer defaulting to fa

I have used Adobe Pr for many years. Just recently it started defaulting to Epson WF_7840 Fax in stead of the regular Epson WF-7840. Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer didn't fix it. Rebooting both printer and laptop brought no joy. I was walked through deleting the printer form the device manager which deleted the drivers. I was then given the proper web address to download the WF-7840 driver for the printer only. Fax is no longer available which is what I wanted. Great experiance with the technician via chat.

Gas cooktop

One of my burners would not ignite. Austin was extremely patient while my old brain figured out how to send him a photo of the burner. He carefully explained the issue and sent me pictures to show me exactly what to do. Burner all fixed! Thank you Austin 2653! The $5 spent was truly worth it!

Got My Questions Answered

I accidentally doubled my psychiatric meds by mixing them up with my morning meds. I was concerned re: how much I should take at bedtime. Dr. Dago asked me re: the normal dosages of each med and what symptoms I was experiencing. After talking with him, I felt confident that I didn't need to go to the ER and that I should skip my evening doses of the meds in question. It was really nice to get the expertise of a pharmacist. And, I'm doing great today :)

I had difficulty with the Il Makiage return app trying to initiate a return. It would not accept my order number. I tried calling several times without success. Finally, this morning I was in a chat and she was able to have somebody call me to resolve this problem I'm currently waiting for an email with a return label.

Resolved issue on my own

P-tac (LG)wont start up

Work at housing complex, we have56 units at this one & theres 5 different brand names & they are all from 8 too 40 years old, this one is LG at first it wouldnt shut down when it got too temp. I cleaned it completely & replaced red *&black thermisters, now it wont start up! I ordered control board! Let yo know what happens when i replace

Tv shut down during channel change. My supplier could not produce results. I was left out in space until I was put in touch with your technichan. He replied with an answer that my supplier could not find!
