Exactly what I was hoping for

My toddler spit out his probiotic supplement and my dog ate it. We're mid snow storm so I needed to know how worried I needed to be and if I had to rush him to the ER vet mid storm. Provided details and got a clear answer that I could follow! I know what to look for and when to bring Murphy in if he presents with symptoms! Couldn't be happier with the service.

Problem Solved

I needed help switching my Nest cameras from my wife's google account to my google account and also switch the nest subscription. Gagandeep had all the answers to my questions even when I ran into technical problems he had the answers to those also. He was patient with me as we spent a couple hours to solve my problems. The two hours was due to my lack of knowledge not Gagandeep's.

I got great info from an art appraiser. The only thing I would say is that it'd be nice if there was some sort of information from that appraiser just verifying that they are a certified appraiser. Her name was Jennifer and she was very helpful and said she had 30 years experience. But as everything with the Internet, you just never know and it would be nice to Have some sort of certificate number or something to verify the appraiser authenticity. But I gave a five star rating because it was quick and inexpensive and helpful.

New LG washer assistance

I needed to find out how to unlock my washer since after 5 tries it was unable to balance load. This was the first time using my new washer. My washer took two hours for a single load which is very upsetting.

Not for inexperienced users

My Smart Samsung TV is old and it is difficult to navigate using outmoded technology. Trying to connect the DirecTv Gemini device to my TV and Yamaha receiver are extremely difficult. I have an appointment for local tech company to send a technician on Friday to resolve all of the issues. The TV, receiver and Firestick were working fine until we tried to switch to the Gemini device. When I was able to speak on the phone to a Just Answer tech, he agreed that I should have someone knowledgeable set this up.

I spoke to Dr Oglesby about a circular rash that looked like ringworm but didn't act like it. She was hugely helpful, validated my concerns, and gave me alternate options and a treatment plan to try. I would absolutely recommend her and if I have a need to return I will ask for her.

The interaction was rocky initially as it was a while before a Vet responded. The chat agent advised when one was available, they would contact me. An hour or so later, I did get contacted... mind you it was 3:20am. I honestly thought my dog was dying. The Vet was very professional and advised the medication my Penelope should take and where I could get it. A LIFE SAVER!

Found online, was impressed with obvious statement of $5 being refundable. People were friendly and professional as I desperately tried to explain the situation, which was eventually resolved. I was rather stunned at $65 billing, but still cheaper than having the Geek Squad make a house call, which I had contemplated.

Fixed the low beam issue but the DRL issue persists. It is never simple on late model vehicles. Take me back to 1956. So long as I have low beams and high beams operating, I am good to go. DRL lights may be a government mandated add-on, which congressional members should be required to fix — in the field — at NO cost — when ever and where ever they may have stopped operating.
