En het is nog steeds zo, met twee mensen ben je sterker en heb je meteen een breder denk veld en grotere slaag kans op succes. Nu in dat geval hier bots ik tegen een muur van onwil vanuit tik tok, zo voel ik het toch, eerder een reactie van " los je probleem zelf op " en juist dat gevoel heb ik bij jullie heel zeker niet. Ik heb nu al de ervaring mogen hebben om drie verschillende mensen te horen - lezen en eerlijk, allen heel gedienstig en rustig. Dus ja dank, mijn probleem is nog niet opgelost, maar de aanhouder wint.
Had same problem last year which brought about warnings and error messages and didn't slow me to file my return on line.
So I'm planning for 2025 and came to "Just Answer" and got the solution to the issue.

The lady I was first connected was very nice and polite. The technician was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps I needed to do. He was very patient.
Had a problem with a brand new motor that was bad from the factory. I was correct in all my assumptions but due to the fact that I'm NOT an expert I was second guessing myself. I needed that expert opinion to be able to return the motor with confidence that "It wasn't me".

The technician that was assigned to my problem was very knowledgeable and took me step by step in diagnosing the initial issue and fixing it. He asked for all the components I had (model numbers) and helped me re-wire the whole system till it started working again.
Experience was good. Operator that connected me said that my $55 would be refunded. How does that happen? How do I get it refunded?
The unseen and unheard person typed me a couple of questions and I typed answers. I was told I would be speaking by phone, but that did not happen. I could provide the same answers if given a typewriter and someone to enter questions.
I have used Adobe Pr for many years. Just recently it started defaulting to Epson WF_7840 Fax in stead of the regular Epson WF-7840. Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer didn't fix it. Rebooting both printer and laptop brought no joy. I was walked through deleting the printer form the device manager which deleted the drivers. I was then given the proper web address to download the WF-7840 driver for the printer only. Fax is no longer available which is what I wanted. Great experiance with the technician via chat.
Tech was very helpful and answered my concerns and provided a step by step process to allow my access to my door bell camera app. He also provided it in a timely manner. Outstanding job done. 😃

I accidentally doubled my psychiatric meds by mixing them up with my morning meds. I was concerned re: how much I should take at bedtime. Dr. Dago asked me re: the normal dosages of each med and what symptoms I was experiencing. After talking with him, I felt confident that I didn't need to go to the ER and that I should skip my evening doses of the meds in question. It was really nice to get the expertise of a pharmacist. And, I'm doing great today :)

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
