Was able to talk with a vet at midnight that listened and helped me with what I thought was a UTI flare-up but turned out to be a behavioral issue. Really put my fears to rest and cat is doing better!
When a time for a store pickup was wrong. I was unable to talk to someone at the store because of it was a busy time. I used the help of the app to explain the situation. They were able to explain to the store the time was wrong. Then I was connected to a tech person who walked me through the process of selecting the correct time and date.
Mel was able to provide me with the information I needed and pointed me in the right direction. I just happened upon the site and thought I'd give it a try, and I'm glad I did!
I was pleased with the chat line, however i had to pay $5 to get a person to answer my questions, only to find out this was for a repair product. My Grand-pup ate an entire pack of Orbitz gum at 9:30+ at night. Didnt know what to do, but knew time was of the essence. The Veterinary Doctor called and told me exactly what to do, and then they texted me the exact directions and let me know they would be available for the next 5 hours. The directions were very clear, and did help me get the dog to throw up. He is doing great, and I am very thankful it all worked out.
The technician William was fantastic, went to the process of elimination, and we found the problem it was corrected and I very well appreciate his knowledge. It is politeness, and professionalism.

After describing the breed, age & weight of my dog, along with the information that she was caught eating at least 6 large chocolate cookies, the Doctor who responded provided me with clear instructions to get her to vomit. The medical solution worked within minutes & the dog was able to expel everything. This kept her from needing an emergency room visit.
I described my dilemma to Atty J. Daloisio and he immediately offered steps on how to deal with IRS including the website and forms, and walked me thru the forms, offering to assist with any letters I might want to attach, also providing info on how to contact him if additional info is needed.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
