My first mechanic was, I don't even know if he was a mechanic. The second one was good. I didn't get a chance to finish that conversation. I had to abruptly leave without telling anyone. And I tried to get back to it today, and I just replied to the chat thread, but it just had closed chat. And so then I used to link the mckeony gave me for his personal link. And for some reason, when I used that it's sent it straight to the message board. Even though it says my mechanics online when I asked AI to To just send me to the same mechanic, she kept trying to push me to a new one.In fact, she did, I don't know how the system works, but I like the mechanic. I wanted to keep using them.He already knew what I was talking about

APC UPS won't turn on

I shut down my APC 1000 S for two weeks and it would not restart. My technician made a few suggestions including disconnecting the battery temporarily and that worked.

Anastasia was very prompt with the call back and seemed to understand what I was saying and she sent the necessary information and steps to take to me with a link that would set my request for petitioning the court for a restricted license. I wish I could have found this service before I allowed myself to take a plea bargain that will cause me a great financial injustice and hardship

My Samsung refrigerator had blinking lights on refrigerator and freezer after a power outage I tried the recommended fixes of unplugging for ten minutes to reset computer but it didn't work Jarid was able to talk me through a fix to my problem in 5 minutes He was very knowledgeable patient and courteous. My technician, Rameesh, was vary helpful and competent in helping resolve my issue. He was able to give me advice regarding the number of drive that my desktop could handle. It turns out I was trying to have more drives than allowed. From that information, it will be easy to solve my problem. Rameesh did a tremendous job helping me this morning.

I have an HP Printer that is in need of printhead maintenance. The technician tried everything to help me accomplish what I needed to do to get my printer working again, but I was missing a cable to get connected directly to my computer. Dr Sam might have saved my life

Dr Sam looked over all over my recent health history and recommended I return to emergency department because my kidney infection wasn't improving and other symptoms I was having could be a sign of sepsis.

I returned to ED and was transferred by ambulance to another hospital. Kidney function had advanced to stage 3 decline and I did indeed have sepsis. If it wasn't for his suggestion to not wait for my doctors office to open and I had waited, I could have been in full blown kidney failure and septic shock by then. I think Dr Sam's advice saved my life.
