Select Home Warranty has owed me a $150 reimbursement check since February. I've called well over a dozen times to no avail. Yesterday when I requested to cancel with them due to the horrific experience I've had, I was told I would forfeit the money they owe me! I paid for 3 years of service 8 months ago. I'm owed a refund for the unused coverage and $150. They're attempting to hold me and my money hostage! Just Answers was a Godsend. They told me who to file complaints with and what my next steps should be.

I was wrought with anxiety and turned to JustAnswer for a query. I went through 3 different "experts". The first one was completely wrong and gave me an answer completely irrelevant to my question and insisted that they were correct. I cancelled my membership then and there as this was considered an "expert"? Wasted $47 right off the bat and was upset with me for giving in to this sham. 2nd expert asked how I was doing and didn't answer squat. 3rd expert was the cherry on top, actually answered and gave me some good insight. Take this site with measurable grains of salt. I think for the pricing and the responses, I wasted my time and money.

Now my email box is no longer full, after 4 rings of my phone my voicemail greeting comes on and the caller can leave a message. I hope that fix continues tomorrow. Thanks, again, Lawrence. Also, I'm older and not very high-tech. So he was patient, understanding, and kind. That was great!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
