First time caller, they surprise you w a $5 supposedly refundable fee, i was desperate so went for it. The Tech was awesome. He was patient, so incredibly helpful and persistent. We got it fixed yay. Cant say enough about him. Turns out the $5 fee is attached to some $38 monthly membership scam that auto renews annually of course. I cancelled that membership this morning. Not sure if i get any refund but at this point im thrilled my device works!
While the questions I had at the moment were answered and Rukko was VERY pleasant and patient with me, new ones have arisen. I am still not able to complete my filing. I have a number to call, but I cannot find the time to call when a tech agent could help me without taking time off from work (and I only get paid when I work.) I am so frustrated. I should have taken all my info and paid someone locally to do my taxes. This year has been the most frustrating tax season I have every had. Mainly because I am being asked for info from a year form that I cannot find. Nor have I been able to successfully find it online. My life does not revolve around my phone and I am highly resistant (and usually fail when I try) to doing all things on my phone.
Dr. Olgby was very thorough, and gave me a lot of insight, and a lot of reassurance as well… she answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very precise… I definitely recommend any one needing health questions answered, this is the sight to come to… I will definitely refer this to others….

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
