Complete information and guidance

The tech Alex was very friendly and provide full answers very professionally. I like that his answers provided full information and he offer options for resolution, even a video so I could do it myself or tips for finding a repairman. I had a legal question and wasn't sure who I could ask so I tried this site and was pleasantly surprised how easy and efficient to get my answer. I had watched a video but thought I was missing something. Jarid tried to help, and it wasn't his fault that I couldn't change the bulb. It requires more strength than I could muster up to remove the light diffuser so I wasn't successful. Although the refrigerator is wonderful, the design for the diffuser isn't great in this model of the SubZero.
