Just Answer was there when I was not able to reach my vet. I had additional questions about two concerns for my new puppy. I have had dogs before, but something about a new puppy just is more nerve-wracking! Dr. Katherine and Dr. Karl Black were very informative, giving me up to date research info. I felt that I could go back to my vet with more info and also do more home care.
Mike's expertise with small engines helped me figure out what was wrong with my Briggs and Stratton engine on my Snapper lawnmower. Mike patiently corrected one of my misconceptions (read, my stupidity) about engines without batteries and gave me a detailed explanation of how those engines function. The man was friendly, courteous, and took a serious interest in my problem.

The first technician I dealt with spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me without offering a solution to my email problem. He asked me to perform lots of test that I had already performed myself. Just Answer offered a second opinion, so I got one. I connected with the second technician by chat and he must have been simultaneously on more than one chat because it took a long time to respond most times - once I heard radio silence for more than four minutes and had to ask if he was still there. But I must say, in the minutes he spent with me, he found the solution (or got me to find it) quickly. As a technician, the second technician was 5-star (just wish I'd had his undivided attention).
I am a Georgia court registered Mediator and Arbitrator and am familiar with manifold attorneys and justices in mine and adjacent counties. However, it was my surmise an attorney in New York County would be more likely to get their attention and have impetus with the BBB. Am I accurate of not?

Good info to have when speaking with your mechanic something you know nothing about.

I called Just answers and was connected to a lawyer who confirmed the call I received earlier in the day informing me I won a sweepstakes prize was a scam. Proir to receiving my prize, The red flag Is I was being asked to send a $1500 money order to them as a check release fee. The attorney verified no legitimate sweepstakes company would demand payment of money before you get the certified cashiers check for your winnings to deposit and verification from your bank that the check you received is not counterfeit. As soon as the request for a money order or gift card is made hang up It IS A SCAM. YOU COULD LOSE A LOT MORE!
Key fob with new battery appears dead, no dashboard light up. Suggestion was to try another key fob and to press the Start button with "non-working" key fob. Both started the car!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
