Person got back to me quickly, and knew what he was talking about

The lawyer was patient with my slow response, and I was unable to continue due many messages during that time. I preferred to communicate via phone call. But the phone call answer cost more money.

I am having issues with the mobile home park that I have been in for over 7 years. Now I know where I stand.

First of all I'm asked for £1 which I willingly paid then part way through the conversation it wants me to pay £33 and cuts of conversation. Thanks but I've sorted it myself now.

The only resolve is that the £39 taken without my knowledge has been returned (thank you)

Having trouble on messenger sharing with my friends, my account is private, yet when I try to share with a specific friend, messenger would put 1 or 2 of my other friends I was not trying to send to and a list of 12 to 15 random people who I had absolutely no idea who they were or what they were doing be shown on my account. Even though we could not resolve this issue with the Just Answer person, it still went very well. He was extremely helpful and obvious greatly knowledgeable in this tech field, we tried everything and though nothing could get messenger to stop putting random people to send to, as well as 1 or 2 of my friends who I was not trying to send to rather than the friend I was attempting to contact I was still satisfied 110 %. He did an outstanding, excellent job at helping me. Thank you much, Just Answer.

A couple of times I have ask them a question. They have always help me. They are very nice and they know what they are doing. Thank you very much.

Very slow with no expert advice at all I got the same advice with simple questions on the Web he was not an expert for my well specified issue

Word cursor was jumping around to other lines and adding symbols and other letters in words typed. Getting internet error code 404 unable to access site on many sites and JustAnswer corrected my problems and I am very grateful as l now write without having to correct many words or find where the cursor went and remove the words from the wrong area. Going to JustAnser was the best experience I have ever had with any tech support and the time it took.
