It's technical support group

It's a technical support group and that was not my problem. I have no idea why I got charged five dollars and got sent to this technical support group. But Michael was a great guy good professional gentleman we laughed and we joked, but it was not the person I needed to speak. In reality, there was nothing really much you could do for me..

Permanently banned from Telegram

Was permanently banned from Telegram abt October 2025 for I do not know what for. As an ex South African Police Service member who is now on pension, I know that a person is not allowed to use spam etc on any social media site. What I did find out yesterday from an ex police colleague is that Telegram is the top messaging platform used by cyber criminals. So great. They permanently ban me but don't put any security in place against cyber criminals.

I've always had good experiences with whatever Mechanic I've dealt with. I do mobile truck and tractor repairs which is usually in the field and I don't always get back to the Mechanic. Let me put it this way I appreciate all the expert advice and
I recommend Just Answer to all my friends and acquaintances.

I was told my return was out of the range for return. So I trashed the Banana Drops. I was charged for this rather than CS just telling this. Just another way to charge the customers. I would not do this again, although the representative was very kind and answered the questions I asked.

Dead car and no mechanics to fix it

I have an older, hybrid Ford. They 12V battery runs down every time I turn the motor off without manually turning off the heater. The car usually starts right up when I jump the battery and I am extremely careful to always turnoff the heater. Unfortunately, another driver forgot to do this and, this time the 12V worked but the car would not start. An indicator light points to the high voltage charge system. This has happened once before, 6 years ago, and the local Ford dealer replaced a part in the heater and insisted that there was nothing else wrong with the car, even though I still had to turn the heater off manually. I talked to your mechanic for only a few minutes before he suggested the possible problem and found me a highly rated company that was equipped to address my problem.

I have been in contact with the recommended company but, since my problem happened on Jan 1st, I am waiting for Monday to have the car serviced. I am excited about working with the recommended company and am very pleased with the knowledge and patience of the mechanic I talked to on JustAnswer.

The assistance only helped me understand the finding process with My Find app and confirm if the lost item was still connected and within the area. I ultimately found my Apple Pencil Pro by visually looking for it. As matter of feedback to your techs … they should advise customers to think and look 3-dimensionally when the app indicates the lost item is near but is obviously not. I have now learned that the My Find app can detect connected lost items between floors which cause me confusion at first as it indicated I was within reaching distance of the item. Anyway, thanks to the tech that helped me think this through.

As it turned out, I found the lost item directly above the searching iPad … on the floor above. While I did search on the basement floor below it did not occur to me that it might be on the floor above the searching iPad.

I pushed power on the dishwasher to do the nightly wash and NO POWER. It would not turn on. I reached out to JustAnswer as I have done before with a couple of different refrigerators and a dryer. The technician got in touch with me quick, listened to my problem, asked good questions, gave good direction and exercised great patience as I worked through issue with the dishwasher and a related electricity issue. Once again, with the help of JustAnswer, the problem was resolved. My dishwasher is now working as it should be.

With a Lexus hybrid, RX450h, all lights flashing rapidly, I thought "oh no". But, talking through it we determined the 6 year old battery might net weak. 9.2 volts. On my way home with the new battery. Wish paying for the battery were that easy. Ha
