Basic options not available with MB

I have two basic features in a 2017 Ford car that I love that MB has decided are "safety hazards" in their cars. 1) MB doesn't allow the user to set the seat positions using the key fob when the doors are unlocked. It requires that you stand (in the rain!) and hold the seat position button - - a process that can take 10+ seconds of holding the button! 2) The headlight auto dim feature won't allow me to override and reset the high beams. You must hold the temporary high beam lever back to return to high beam. In a situation where there is no traffic but a lot of ambient bright lights you can't reset the high beams. These are so-called "safety" features that make absolutely no sense in the real world.

Had a bad fall and ended up with what I figured was just a very bad sprain in my ankle with pain radiating up through my calf 2 weeks ago. Doctor made me feel comfortable that I was doing everything that I was required to do medically allowing me to relax.

I called their number about 10 o'clock at night hoping for quick advice on glucose levels. I was connected to Dr. Li very quickly, she listened to all I had to tell her, and made perfect sense of it. She spotted the problem right away, and gave me confident advice on what to do. Her direct, and warm manner was very reassuring, and she was very patient as I made sure I understood what she was telling me. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Li, and I appreciate that she knew what to do to help me. I know I could try this service again and get the same success and reassurance.

My Range went into an error code and I chose Just Answer after locating on the web. After a quick chat explaining my problem and the Model/Make of my range, I was assigned a technician, Dino. Dino asked a couple of questions and gave me an answer. As to what caused my problem. I do have to call for repair, however, I know how to proceed now. ALSO. The error at the range was causing a loud audible alarm, and Dino explained that I needed to shut off the range at the breaker... thank you! The only concern I have is having to give them my credit card number - and how to stop further monthly billing.

Good experience

I call they got right on the problem. They told me what to do and if started having seizure then take Bella to Huntsville to the vet. The vet called me I think but my phone never rang. But I had 3 missed calls from them. But any way things turned out ok. Thanks to everyone for their help. I was scared to death but they helped me.

My dog grabbed & ate fresh garlic (when a clove flew off my cutting board, & hit the floor while I was cooking). I was able to learn from Vet that the quantity he ate was not likely significant to be toxic, but was also requested by Vet to re-chat back to him how Jack was doing, after 2 hours just to be sure, which I did. Perfect, & thank you so much!
