I've been having some issues that I was fairly certain were Not Normal. The physician that contacted confirmed this and directed me as to where and what I should do.

It took less than 10 minutes to talk with a vet. He was half way across the country! We spoke for about 5 min and it was very clear my next best step for my furboy. It felt like hand holding with someone trustworthy on the other end of the phone.
No sales pitches, no distractions, just explaining pet site the Dr was pretty sure what was going on. Did you know there is now a Urgent Vet place? I was sent there. They were able to diagnose and sent me to emergency hospital. He had surgery within hours.

JA (Casey)provided reasonable answers, good description of what was most likely wrong and how to diagnose it. He also told me how to access the faulty component. And a work-around if I could not immediately get to the repair or had to wait on a part. So he essentially got me back on the road immediately so I could do the repair when I have time. I am fortunate I can do that, not all issues can have a work-around. He also identified peripheral issues this fix may repair. I wish all my experiences with Just Answer worked out this well.
It's always an issue of despair to get in touch with client service in the flight companies. No humans to be found anywhere and the robots are always too narrow. But when I finally managed to get to the right place, the person at the other end was helpful. Though the process is still not finished and my complaint has not been answered
Sent message microwave would not heat up. Technician Mohammad got back to me instantly. He was very polite, knowledgeable, first we tried to troubleshoot the problem no luck. I told him that the microwave was old, he looked into this and responded that it was probably late 1900s early 2000 and was better off to replace it.
Dr. Ryan was encouraging. I still need a vet because no one knows where this liver problem will go right now. So Puddin needs regular checkups. But he was very comforting. Puddin will stay on her new diet & supplement. And regular vet checks.

Tech sent me to Google translate (Gt)with camera; was able to point at display, where it recognized simplified Chinese. Then was able to find menu option to select English.

Did not get right person to start with. I had toyota problem. Would not let me select Toyota. Guy that helped the first time may not have been toyota person, certainly not real famiar with toyota Sienna transmission issues. Maybe trans issue in general. Second person was for person. Next time I need to refuse the wrong people. So i paid three times to get right person. Last guy a gem. Could not tip first guy becasue they closed it or whatever. I could go on and on. Typical web site, Easy for the people that wroteit but not the occasional user. Log in hard or impossible on some web pages you click on.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
