Then when did the first tests which failed and was passes onto the Technical department who rang me speaking Portuguese and we did a few more tests which unfortunately didn't fix the problem BUT this lady managed to book a consult at a shop that has a technical agreement with Apple support, close to Where I live, to Go try reset the Apple TV.
We had an issue with our ac unit. We needed a new thermostat. Our old thermostat had a lot more wires to deal with that were not listed on the instructions. Called Honeywell, they were a little help, but still unsure of a couple of wire. Was told to call Carrier. Not on a Sunday! And it's 98 degrees outside! Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
