Didn't need lawyer. All I needed was direction to page I needed to get to to request my drivers license. I finally found it and was able to do it online. I paid for license when I was transferred to lawyer either my PayPsl account & then had to pay again with my credit card I told lawyer about this and he said he would see what he could do to get me a refund. Said I should get in touch with PayPal myself. I did get in touch with PayPal …and believe it was t easy to get lady understand what I wanted. After a heated discussion she said she would have it checked out and see if my money could be refunded. I don't know if she spoke to someone. Or if it was interference of lawyer, but I got email that my $60 will be refunded to PayPal. Problems solved! Should get my license in a few weeks and my refund on a few days.
I did not sign up or give permission for a $45 monthly membership. It was my understanding that I would pay five dollars, which would be promptly refunded. Apparently it will not be the technician tried to help me and due to some of my problems he couldn't but he tried The mechanical voice who got the refund. It worked as well, but the unexpected 45 and the non-five dollar refundable was totally unexpected.
I had a problem for cancelling subscription and the platform really helped me following clear cut steps in so doing.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
