Was hoping that someone would be able to give me more specific answers to why my Senior cat is suddenly not eating as she always has wanted to eat several times a day as I have been feeding her 24/7 around the clock as I'm very upset about this happening right now especially with this awful snowstorm & exremwly cold weather this week!

Dr. B was right!

Excellent Assistance From An Expert

Carl did fantastic troubleshooting the issue with our oven.

He sent me two links where I can get replacement parts and explained how I could change out the defective part.

My HP printer

Recently I had to reload my HP 8600 Pro after some changes. The feeder was only scanning 1 saved page and the second page was lost. Andy pointed out going to HP Help and checking the settings for the scanner and I discovered he was correct, the setting was set to "flat" not feeder. Thanks Andy.

Middle of a snowstorm!
February 5, 2026

We were in the middle of a huge snowstorm and my beagle got hold of a bottle of a family member's Levothyroxine. I found a 90 pill bottle chewed up on the couch. Thankfully he only ate 9 of the 90 pills but I still had no idea if this amount could significantly harm him. Our vet was closed because of the weather and every other vet I called was closed as well. Dr. Mike from Just Answer was able to tell me that thankfully my dog hadn't taken enough to hurt him. He told me what symptoms to look for just incase anything changed. He was a life saver!

I was thrown in a situation where I needed to act quickly to stop financial exploitation of my father. Unfortunately that meant acting before consulting with an elder attorney because they were very busy. Feeling confused and unsure, I was able to chat with my JustAnswer attorney. Gemstone Valuation

Lamona Hob Locked out

My Lamona hob decided to lock out. So not able to it. Checked the manual and nothing was obvious. Tried many things to get it right but not the right ones as it turned out. Went online and found JustAnswer. Gave it a whirl and had Daniel answer. We went through a few things and buttons were pressed in the right order using his expertise. In the end it was actually a simple fix, but it's knowing what to do is the answer. I know now and Daniel was very good. Well worth using JustAnswer.

Car wouldn't atart

I was pleasantly surprised on how quick and efficient the whole process was. After a few quick questions to AI it transfered me toa live person who asked me a few questions and had me try something and my car started from his suggestions. After that he told me several things to have checked or replaced top recent it from happening again. I was surprised on how efficient and quick it was to solve my issue! The mechanic was pleasant and well informed. Thank you! I will try this again if I have any other issues.

Finally have answers
