Word Perfect docx to Word doc just didn't work for solutions, when applied, would come up with "code" not Word.doc.
To be fair, the tech advice given solved my problem. But I too was deceived by the initial advert which said the fee would be £5.00, which I would have been happy to pay; but when I looked at my Bank Statement I found I had been charged another £46.00, the company claiming the £5.00 was a joining fee only, and I would be charged monthly fees of £46.00 whether I used the service or not. Thank goodness I paid by Paypal, and was able to cancel the automatic payments immediately, but have not been able to claim the first £46.00 back which the advert did NOT make clear would be applied. I shall be reporting the scam to Paypal, and advise anyone considering using Just Answer to read the multiple 1 star reviews first.

I was charged $55 instead of $5 as advertised. I was told in will be refunded in3-5 days. Very disappointed in that.

Not clear when you do this that it is a subscription... says going to charge you$5 then charges you $50. Service was great but this is a scam the way u r going about it.

Everything we did didn't work. We even tried passport, facial recognition, and I was identified three times. Then the circle spun, and spun, and spun, and spun. Added point: why do I need to answer these same questions repeatedly? Don't you keep records?
Harris was very specific in his questioning, and I believe him to be accurate in his assumption of the problem. It will need dealer assistance though.
My landlord text me saying they were raising my rent 30%. I wanted confirmation from a lawyer that the law says the cap is 10%.
He was great at telling me what the laws were that I was right that the cap is 10% with a 30 days notice.

Just answer popped up when I asked a question on google. JA was helpful un understanding the situation. Finally, JA suggested that an arborist should be hired to help but because I didn't want to go to the expense of that I ended the contact.
My cat ate a piece of beef that was wrapped with a slice of bacon and a string was tied around it. I was afraid he needed to go to the ER that night and might even need surgery. The cat was not vomiting, was not lethargic and was still eating food. Dr Burch recommended contacting my veterinarian, observing the cat for the symptoms above and only going to the ER if the cat was symptomatic- he recommended buying hairball remedy gel and feeding cat wet food. I am doing all of the above. I contacted my vet in the morning and bought the gel and am still observing the cat for symptoms- thankfully Hudson, my cat, is doing okay so far. I am hoping that he passes the string in his stool.
Good technical help. Price was reasonable but am irritated that without telling me the charges will continue monthly until I cancel, which I will do as soon as the first payment is paid.
Accidentally initiated child lockout and could not figure out how to unlock the controls. N LG site got me onto chat where I was referred to a service tech for $5.00. Solved the problem - timing is everything. Have not hold buttobns just long enough but not too long.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
