I was worried because my dog ate some grapes but I didn't know if I should take her to the emergency vet or wait or induce vomiting. It's Sunday so I couldn't call my vet. The matching process was very quick and the vet helped me immediately with my concern. I'm very grateful.

Very satisfied with help received

My husband and I have been working with mediator for seven months. Our separation agreement had been signed because of a few issues we were at standstill and he wasnt willing to discuss into detail or resolution. The help I received last night was very beneficial. Information was a lot and detailed steps for how to move forward. A lot of info mediator didn't even share with me after all these months. I was thinking I had to give up fighting for what I thought I deserved because I didn't have 5-10k needed to retain a lawyer. My hope is back in doing the right thing.

Help with vw tiguan

I called for some information about the kind of engine coolant needed for this particular vehicle, and I had a conversation with the mechanic who told me about the coolant that was needed, and how to add it to the engine. The information was exactly what I needed, and for five bucks save me an unnecessary radiator flush at a dealership.

Vey good service

Answered questions I had regarding Champion dual fuel generator which had not been totally idle for almost 2 years, probably had some old gas left in the tank and would not start. We questioned the possibilty of getting quick service by switching to propane as the fuel and where we could get the LPG Hose with regulator that is shown in the operators. The answer was"yes" there is a chance since the propane does not go thru the same lines as gasoline but goes directly into the combustion chamber

Our thermostat registered at 57° when we called for help. This is all in the middle of a winter storm warning and the temperature outside was 2° with a windchill of -1. Reid walked us through resetting our igniter and got our furnace up and working. He was patient and very knowledgeable and we are very grateful.

My dog ate my pristiqu

Chairlift troubleshooting

My mother's stairway chair lift stopped working and was signaling that an obstruction to one or more of the sensors was tripped. I could find no item in the top or bottom track railing. I did not consider the sensor in the footrest assembly. Charles qued me in to this area where I discovered that a mounting screw was missing causing the pressure plate to be out of balance and activate one or more of the pressure sensors. Replacement of the absent screw rebalanced the plate and the chair is back in service to my 90 year old mother. Best $5 dollars I've spent in a long while.

Always great advice!

I have two shelter pit bull mixes, but I have never had a puppy, much less a Chihuahua.
I needed a plan to bring her into a house with multiple pets and additional family members. I received advice from a dog behaviorist from Just Answer, and it has worked beautifully!
She had issues with eating, and again, I got excellent advice from a vet here. ( I wish I could remember their names)
I just spoke with a dog trainer, Sally G, because I'm having possession aggression issues with my puppy. I have a solid plan now to implement. I feel confident and much less concerned.
I am so glad I have this app!

The mechanic I spoke with quickly accessed my situation. My car was at a local shop that was troubleshooting the no start problem. After talking with the mechanic I shared the info an they were able to make the repairs and solved my problem.
