The Bryant M1 Bag Lights set was easy to install and fit perfectly. It says Plug N' Play, it is. I combined the set with a Custom Dynamics Brake light flasher and it works great.
The wiring is a little tight under the seat, but with patience and small zip-ties, it packs in securely without any risk of rubbing a wire on the frame or plastic.

I ordered some passenger peg mounts for my 2011 Dyna super glide. I was having a hard time finding them surprisingly enough. But i explored the J&P website and it was "dummy proof" to search up and find the mounts boom, bang, bing! Ordered them and got here at a reasonable price rate. Thanks for your hard work and attention to detail!

Ordered two items. Both said ships in 24 hours if ordered before 3pm. Placed order and paid for expedited (guaranteed two days) shipping. Both items showed in stock and ships in 24 hours. Got one item the second day but the second one was shipped from a different location and did not arrive with in the time frame I paid for. I feel a partial refund of the shipping is fair but really don't feel like being on the phone, listening to automated crap for a half hour.
Honestly all past experiences have been great. This was my first issue.

Got my shocks today 2-25-26 was set for 3-2-26 ordered on 2-10-26 so ahead of time packaging was in good shape and the shocks good to go.

I received the EZ Shift and installed it with just a little difficulty. I thought i had to use my oem bolt to attach the bracket the the shift arm and did so. Then I discovered, the smaller bolt provided was to be used instead. That allowed oem bolt to attach the shift rod to the toe shift arm. I also adjusted the shift rod a bit longer causing my toe to barely fit under the shift pedal. To get it correct I adjusted that lever a couple teeth clockwise. It appears I have both shift arms closely parallel as the instructions suggest. This set-up really made finding neutral easy and shifting easier.

Parts took 11 days to arrive. Trying to return them and charged for shipping. Very inconvenient return policy. I bought parts from them for years and they must've changed hands it's not the same company!

When I received the seat I was immediately impressed at how well designed it was. After installing it I noticed the rubber grommets that were installed onto the seat were loose. After cleaning the bike and trying to put the seat back on, the grommet would be out of place. I had to super glue them into place so they wouldn't come off or readjust while riding. Other than that it is a great product and would definitely buy again.

It's unnerving when Troy is always talking about hand grenades. Shared my experience with Zach Parham and never got a response.

The compensator spring turned out to be a great purchase. I was not looking forward to buying or removing the stator/rotor assembly requiring loosening the inner primary case or grinding down the inside of the case to allow for disassembly and reassembly. This part alleviated that entirely. It works like new now, wish I had done it a year ago.

I must live near a distribution center because I get everything so quickly. Prices are fair and I trust J&P more than the jungle company with my bike parts.

I've parts are great but over the 20+ years I've been buying from J&P the site is harder to navigate. If I'm looking for something I should be able to type in a part name and not the manufacturers to find it, pretty dawned simple right? But no I have to chase all over hell & back to to find it.

Order my kit for my 3 hole oil change and it came in very quickly. Everything I needed was included and was an exact fit. I saved over $200 by performing the task myself!

I ordered one item. An oil filter and it took too long to arrive! In this day and age, nothing should take long to be shipped and arrive in the longest time 3 days! This item took longer than 7 days.

Fast shipping. Ordered the battery that your parts finder said fit my bike. It fit in the hole but is too tall to put the cover back on and the post are turned sideways instead of up so I had to twist my cables in an unnatural way make it work. Good strong battery tho it seems.
