It was ok with the exception that I was under the impression that I was getting a 10 percent discount. I ordered the seat anyway and it arrived without any hiccups. In the future I will make sure I get the discount when offered or I will not continue with the purchase.

The box showed up making lots of noise when you moved it. The parts packaging was open and all the brackets, nuts and bolts were loose in the box. The heat shield for the 2 into 1 section took a beating. It was wrapped but still has a minor nick from the parts flying around loose.

I recently ordered two different orders. (Parts for a fuel tank valve rebuild/seals) both of these items are very small(palm of your hand). They were shipped in boxes that were almost as large as shoe box.
