I've always had a good experience with j&p cycles. They really helped me out when I was in a bind 1,000 miles from home.

Customer service was awesome they met my needs and made the sale.

Good selection of items required, good prices, slight issue with sending 2 parcels and not 1, inernational shipping to UK means 2 handling charges instead of 1, otherwise no complaints.

I ordered 1 tire for my Harley ultra limited and received 5 dirt bike tires! Actually was pretty funny. Contacted customer service and the situation was handled very quickly. Had the Harley tire within 24 hours.

I PHYSICALLY WATCHED THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR MY SPARK PLUGS THROW THE PACKAGE FROM ABOUT TEN FEET OUT ON TO MY DOOR STOOP. I OPENED THE PACKAGE AND SURE ENOUGH ONE OF THE SPARK PLUG BOXES WAS COMPLETELY CRUNCHED. I CANT REALLY DEPEND ON THIS SPARK PLUG SO IM KEEPING IT FOR A SPARE. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU USE CHEAP DELIVERY SERVICES!
