Anytime I'm looking for something for my bike. I'm always able to find it here. There have been times that I couldn't locate it myself and I would call and Customer Service was always more than helpful. Highly recommend this company.

I looked all over the internet for exhaust for my bike. J&P Cycles had the best price including shipping so they got my money. The exhaust come on time and very well packaged from freedom performance exhaust. I will definitely will use them again for other bike purchases. My only complaint is the exhaust was ordered as a black pipe and the front header was chrome and the back pipe was black. This isn't shown thanks to the heat shield so wasn't a big deal and wasn't gonna wait to exchange the front pipe if they were going to replace it. I also expected to get bracket mounts for the exhaust but again I didn't reach out to J&P Cycles because I just made my own.

I received my stop/run/turn signals. Been too cold to work my garage. Initial inspection of the product, the wire are Approx. 5" long, I am hoping they are long enough...?

I bought these bars for a 2017 Ultra Limited. I love the bars; the look, the 3 way adjustable feature, the height, pull back and rise. A couple of things to note before you buy. If you want to push the bars forward and get a higher rise, the "connector or adjuster clamp" sits right in front of the pairing speaker mold. Depending on how far you push them forward, you will not be able to reattach the fairing. It will be blocked by the adjuster clamp. Also, when fishing the wires through the bars, there are two points with 90 degree changes. This causes the electronic connectors to catch and get stuck. If not careful, you can easily pull the wires loose from the connectors. Finally, you will probably see that 12' bars do not require extension cables. With the increased pull back on these bars, and the rise, the extensions were mandatory. I don't say all that in a negative way, just an FYI. The change in arm and hand position were just what I wanted. The hand grips sit just about at the center point of the speakers My shoulders and back are much more comfortable and the look of the bars are really nice.

I placed the order and received the product very quickly. Buying on line was very easy. Was very pleased with our purchase. The only issue my husband had was it came with absolutely no instructions. And he had a hard time finding anything on line. But he got it figured out and installed and is very pleased.

Jumped up and down upon arrival! Shook delivery driver's hand and tipped him over and over. Just kidding. Ordering was so easy and self explanatory you just couldn't get it wrong. Let's face it J&P Cycles is there for making sure we are back on the road in quick and safe manner.

Will provide me with a refund but I have to pay for shipping back from Canada which is about 1/2 the cost of the order. Can not afford to fix J &P Cycle mistakes. Their boots are sized wrong and jackets do not fit. Horrible experience. Letting all International people know not to shop here as a courtesy. I am stuck with $300 USA funds and $60 CA customs fees of junk.

The boots were not a size 11 more like a 9 I sent them back

Seat is a quality product - metal frame instead of plastic with thick covering. The seat sits you low and back a couple of inches compared to stock. Lower back support is really good, seat feels very firm but not hard. As it breaks in, it should be even more comfortable. Looks good, too!

Ordered parts all at the same time. All came separately days and some are week or two apart.

Needed tires and tubes for my bike salesman took extra time to research what was needed and had them sent directly to my house
