I made a purchase of a helmet in November for a Christmas present for my son. The gift was given to him December 24 2023.My son took it to the local store in Pigeon Forge and the helmet had the bag,the box and the online receipt. The return was refused because the purchase was over 90 days. The Mgr. Said the register was blocked from doing a return over 90 days. The helmet had not been wore because it was to small.I call in to the customer care line and as I am waiting for someone to answer the recording stated WE GIVE CASH REFUND ON EVERY PURCHASE! Just so you know that is untrue. We did not want money back only exchange for a helmet that fits.There was a helmet in the local store that fits but they REFUSE to do the exchange because the item was purchased on line.The instructions was to return it to the warehouse and the item would be reviewed and and at that time a credit would be given.There was no time frame given on when the credit would happen.That's crazy there was zero hesitation on taking the money so therefore there should be zero hesitation on issuing a credit.STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY COULD CARE LESS.I have made several purchases from this company but this is the first time there has been a attempt to made a return and NEVER again will I make a purchase with them.
Zipper looks questionable hopefully it holds up. Sort of uneven hoping it still works when I pull it out for next trip!

I have a 1981 FLTC. I have bought many parts for it over the last couple months, and about half of the parts that jpcycles.com says will fit do not fit that model.

Received order in timely fashion. After installing, found out the amp didn't work (no power). Called J&P customer svc back and got a rep named Rey. He was excellent and is attempting to fix the issue. If I receive my replacement part and it works, I would change my rating for satisfaction.

Everything went smooth. The first delivery had an issue but 5 minutes on the phone with them it was resolved.
